Terms and Conditions of Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points Program:
1. Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points Program (the "Bonus Point Program") is only applicable to principal cardholder(s) of Fubon Credit Card / Co-branded Card (the "Card(s)") issued by Fubon Bank (the "Bank") (the "Customer(s)").
2. Bonus Point Program is not applicable to YATA Visa cardholders.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period of this program commences from 1 March 2011 to 29 February 2012, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period"). For gift redemption, it is subject to the receipt of the application by the Bank.
4. Customer can earn bonus point (the "Point(s)") for every HK$1 card spending made by the Cards (including principal and supplementary cards), the details are as follows:

Bonus Point Program is only applicable to retail purchase, other transactions including but not limited to cash advance, administration fee, finance charges, annual fee, tax payment and chips transactions are inapplicable (the "Eligible Transactions"). All double/triple/fourfold Points earning are inapplicable to all retail purchases with installment plans, Octopus transactions and other specified transactions. The calculation of the Points will be based on the issue date of the authorized approval code of the transaction and will be credited to the Customer's Card account on the posting date. No Points will be offered to any unposted, cancelled or refunded transactions. Each Eligible Transaction of each Customer can only enjoy any one of the above-mentioned offer of Bonus Point Program once.
5. The maximum Points earned by Fubon Platinum/Titanium cardholder in each month is triple of their Cards' credit limit; while for Gold / Classic cardholder, the maximum Points earned is twice of the Card’s credit limit. The cap of Points is inapplicable to temporary credit line increase.
6. The Point earned in different Card accounts under the same Customer will be accumulated separately and the Points accumulated will be valid for up to one year. All accumulated Point will be forfeited immediately when the Card account has become invalid (regardless of the reason).
7. If a transaction for earning Point(s) is cancelled after it is posted, the Bank will reverse the concerned Point(s) or debit an equivalent amount from the Card account.
8. For the Point redemption, Customer's Card account must be valid and in normal status.
9. Multiple gift redemption is allowed. All gift items are limited in quantity and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. In case of insufficient stock, the Bank reserves the right to substitute the ordered gift choice with another gift without prior notice. Once the application is submitted, no cancellation or alteration is allowed.
10. In the event that the credit card account does not have sufficient Points for gift redemption, the concerned redemption shall be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
11. The redemption of cash coupon or cash credit can be made by calling 24-hour registration hotline at 2566-8181 for free, and if it is made via mail-in, fax-in or customer service officer of the Bank, a HK$10 administrative fee per application will be charged. The required Points or the administrative fee (if applicable) of redemption of cash coupon/cash credit will be deducted from the Customer’s Card account and the related transaction will be shown on the coming Customer’s Card statement.
12. For cash coupon redemption, a redemption letter or the cash coupon(s) will be mailed to Customer's Card statement address within 4 weeks (customers will be notified of the redemption details upon phone registration); while for cash credit redemption, it will be credited directly to Customer’s Card account and will offset the statement balance in the next monthly statement.
13. The use of cash coupons is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the redemption letter or cash coupons. The relevant gift items are provided by respective supplier and cannot be exchanged into cash in any event. The Bank will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss in connection with the gift items. Any dispute or claim in respect of the gift items should be directed to the relevant supplier.
14. The acceptance or rejection of the application for gift item redemption shall be at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the gift items and the Points required) at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank is final and conclusive.
15. The use of the Card (including principal and supplementary cards) shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of the <Fubon Bank VISA/MasterCard Cardholder Agreement>.

Terms and Conditions of Bonus Points Conversion to Asia Miles:
1. The promotion period of the Bonus Points Conversion to Asia Miles Program (the "Program") is valid until 30 June 2012 (subject to the receipt of the redemption application by Fubon Bank (the "Bank")) ("Promotion Period").
2. The Program is only applicable to Fubon Platinum or Titanium cardholders, excluding YATA Visa Card and Bonluxe Visa Card.
3. Customer must be an Asia Miles member in order to convert his/her bonus points (“Point(s)”) into Asia Miles.
4. To convert Points into Asia Miles, the conversion rate is 12 points to 1 mile. Each Asia Miles conversion must be a minimum of 1,000 Asia Miles and subsequently in a multiple of 500 Asia Miles. If the converted amount is less than 1,000 Asia Miles, application will not be accepted. If the conversion is not made in multiples of 500 miles, it will be rounded down to the nearest multiples of 500 miles by the Bank without further notice.
5. Customer can only convert Points into Asia Miles via mail-in or fax-in. Administrative fee charged for redemption of other gift items will not be applied.
6. A handling fee of HK$150 will be charged for each Asia Miles conversion (regardless of the miles converted). The required Points being converted to Asia Miles and the handling fee will be deducted from the customer's credit card account and the related transaction will be shown on the coming customer's credit card statement.
7. Converted miles will be credited to the designated Asia Miles member's account within 4 to 6 weeks.
8. The Bank will not be responsible for any awards redemption provided by Asia Miles.
9. All questions and/or disputes regarding customer's eligibility to convert Points to Asia Miles under this program will be decided by the Bank and Asia Miles at its sole discretion.
10. The Terms and Conditions of "Fubon Credit Card Bonus Points Program" and "Asia Miles" shall apply in conjunction with Terms and Conditions of the Program.
 
Remarks: In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
