| Terms and Conditions of the Welcome

To be eligible for the welcome gift,
customers must successfully apply for a Fubon principal credit
card before 31 October 2010. A gift redemption letter and the new
card will be sent separately to the customer at his/her correspondence
address. In addition, to be eligible for the welcome gift, cardholders
must accumulate a total of HK$2,800 retail spending and/or cash
advance within the first 3 months upon card issuance (except
for No Handling Fee Interest-free Cash Installment Plan and
Octopus Automatic Add-value Service Top-up Amount). The transaction
date(s) shown in the statement(s) issued by Fubon Bank (Hong
Kong) Limited (the "Bank") shall be regarded as the relevant
transaction date(s). If any retail transaction(s) is/are later
cancelled or reversed causing the cardholder not fulfilling
the spending requirement, the Bank will debit a sum of HK$300
as handling fee against his/her credit card account immediately
without prior notice. |

Only customers who are not holders of the Bank's credit cards or co-branded cards are eligible for the welcome gifts (for both the Principal and Supplementary Card). No welcome gifts will be granted if customers have cancelled the Bank’s credit cards or co-branded cards within the past 6 months in the case of successful application. |

Cardholders have to bring along the original of the redemption letters, transaction slips and other necessary documents to the designated redemption center(s) for redemption of Smartech "Digital Slim" Ionic Oscillating Tower Fan. The redemption fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the cardholders’ new credit card accounts within one week upon redemption. |

For cardholder who chose Fubon bonus points as welcome gift, the Fubon bonus points will be credited to the cardholder's new credit card account, which must be valid account in normal status, in 2 months upon fulfilling the spending requirement and such credit will then be shown in the principal cardholders' statements. |

"No Handling Fee Interest-free Cash Installment Plan" will only be credited to the designated bank account which must be a personal account opened in the name of the cardholder only. Cardholder can fax or mail the duly completed welcome offer letter, or call to the Bank for application and the approved amount of "No Handling Fee Interest-free Cash Installment Plan" will be credited to the designated bank account within 7 working days. Approved amount can be up to 50% of the available credit limit (HK$3,000 in minimum and HK$40,000 in maximum). The Bank has the sole discretion to approve or reject the application and determine the approved amount without giving any reason. The approved amount may be lower than the amount the cardholder applies for. |

Cardholder choosing the Octopus Automatic Add-value Service ("AAVS") Top-up Amount as credit card welcome gift cannot receive other rewards for successful application of AAVS in extra. The AAVS Top-up Amount will be credited to the cardholder's new credit card account in 2 months after the first top-up, which must be valid account in normal status, after the cardholder has made one top-up transaction within 2 months after the approval of the credit card and AAVS application. The AAVS Top-up Amount can only be used to offset retail spending and cannot be transferred to other accounts or withdrawn as cash. In the case that the cardholder withdraws the AAVS Top-up Amount as cash advance, the cardholder will have to pay the relevant cash advance fee and administration fee incurred. In the case that the cardholder cancels the AAVS within 14 months upon credit card account opening, the Bank reserves the right to debit HK$500 in the cardholder's new credit card account as administration fee. The Bank and the Octopus Cards Limited reserves the right of final approval on the AAVS application and offers. |

If the principal or supplementary cardholders cancel their Fubon Credit Cards within 14 months from card issuance, the Bank will charge the cardholders a sum of HK$300 as handling fee for each credit card that they have cancelled. The sum will be deducted from the cancelled Fubon Credit Card account immediately. |

Each customer is only eligible for one welcome gift regardless of the number of credit card applications. Customers are not allowed to change the gifts once they have been chosen. If any of the gifts chosen are out of stock, the Bank has the sole discretion to offer a different gift as replacement. |

The welcome gifts/services and its warranty are provided by relevant suppliers. The Bank is not the supplier of the welcome gifts and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss incidental to the welcome gifts. |

| Remarks: Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right for final approval of Fubon Credit Card application. Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to amend any privileges of Fubon Credit Card herein without prior notice. In case of any disputes, decisions of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final. The Chinese version of the terms and conditions and applicant’s declaration are for reference only. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail. The above terms and conditions are governed by the Hong Kong SAR law. |
