1. To enjoy Smartphone Offers, cardholders are required to subscribe to specified 3G Integrated Data Combo monthly price plan plus specified bundle service(s) monthly price plan (depends on models). Other 3G Handset Offer requires a subscription to 3G HK$128 monthly price plan or above plus a HK$18 or above bundle service monthly price plan. 2G Handset Special Offer requires a subscription to 2G HK$108 monthly price plan or above.
2. Contract term is 18-24 months. Handset prepayment is required; any rebate will be credited to the cardholders over the contract period.
3. Cardholders are required to pay an administration fee of HK$12/month.
4. Each cardholder can subscribe to a maximum of 3 monthly price plans, and each monthly price plan entitles cardholder to 1 handset subscription offer. Subscriber's name and applicable cardholder's name must be the same.

1. Promotional offers are valid from 2 January 2010 until 21 March 2010 at SmarTone-Vodafone stores only.
2. To enjoy the offers, cardholders are required to use the Fubon Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (the "Bank") to settle payment and monthly service fees by autopay.
3. For other terms and conditions, please refer to SmarTone-Vodafone's Sales and Service Agreement, specific Terms and Conditions and application form(s).
4. Cardholders shall comply with the terms and conditions in the "Fubon Credit Card Interest-free Installment Plan Application Form" to enjoy any interest-free installment plan. The 12-month installment plan is only applicable to purchase with a net value of HK$1,000 or above while the 24-month installment plan is only applicable to purchase with a net value of HK$2,000 or above.
5. The above products/services details, photos and prices are for reference only. SmarTone-Vodafone reserves the rights to changes without prior notice.
6. Any and all products, services and benefits offered under the promotional offers are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability of the relevant products, services and benefits.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the above offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, services or benefits.
8. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the relevant promotional offers and the information of the product/service, the offers details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider, and the Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and SmarTone-Vodafone.
9. The Bank and SmarTone-Vodafone reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and SmarTone-Vodafone is final and conclusive.
10. In the event of any conflict between English and Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
