Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period of "Sure Win Spending Rewards" (the "Program") commences from 1 March 2011 to 29 February 2012, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. The Program is only applicable to cardholders of Fubon Credit Card(s) (except Corporate Cards, Debit Cards and any Reward Cards) (the "Card(s)") issued by Fubon Bank (the "Bank") (the "Customers").
3. The Program is only applicable to each local or overseas retail transaction of HK$500 or above made by the Cards during Promotion Period (the "Eligible Transactions"). Other transactions including, without limitation, cash advance, tax payment, online bill payment and online purchase, balance transfer, installment, handling fee, finance charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus transactions, chips transaction or transactions without sales slips are not eligible. Un-posted, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be counted as Eligible Transactions. All transactions will be based on the issue date of the approval code to determine its respective transaction date.
4. Promotion Period is divided into 12 phases. To be entitled to have the chance of participating in the Program, Customers must register by calling our 24-hour "Sure Win Spending Rewards" Hotline 8226 2663 during the designated registration period as stated in Clause 5. There is a maximum of 6 registrations of each Card in each phase (i.e. a maximum of 72 registrations in total during Promotion Period).

6. Each Eligible Transaction can only be registered once. If more than one Eligible Transaction is made at the same merchant on the same day, Customers can do the registration by picking one of them. If Customers have made more than one registration due to any one of the above mentioned scenarios, all the concerned registration entries will be counted towards the draw quota of the Cards; while only the first Registration will be treated as eligible. Any registration with incorrect information will be treated as ineligible but will be counted towards the draw quota of the Cards.
7. The eligibility of the Program is subject to verification and final confirmation by the Bank. If the Bank has confirmed the registration(s) as eligible (the "Eligible Draw(s)"), the relevant bonus points will be awarded to the Customers’ principal card accounts in the 2nd month after the end of each phase. The relevant bonus points will be credited to the Customers’ principal card accounts automatically. Customers will not be notified of any ineligible registration.
8. "Monthly Jackport Sharing of 1,000,000 Bonus Points" is applicable to all phases as stated in Clause 5. There will be a total of 1,000,000 bonus points to be shared in each phase. During each phase, Customers would receive 10 shares of the 1,000,000 bonus points of the relevant phase if Customers have achieved 6 Eligible Draws by the same Cards while Customers would receive 1 share of the 1,000,000 bonus points of the relevant phase if Customers have achieved 3-5 Eligible Draws made by the same Cards. Each Card is entitled to a maximum of 10 shares for the 1,000,000 bonus points in each phase. The jackpot of 1,000,000 bonus points of each phase will be equally shared amongst the total number of bonus points shares received by all eligible Customers, the bonus points shared of each phase will be rounded down to the nearest digit and will be credited to the Customers’ principal card accounts in the 2nd month after the end of each phase. The number of Eligible Draw will be calculated individually by each phase and cannot be accumulated or combined.
9. "Double Up Rewards" is only applicable to phase 9 to 12 ("Designated Phase(s)") as stated in Clause 5. If the “Double Up Rewards” is entitled, the relevant bonus points awarded in Eligible Draw shall be doubled. The result will be announced to the Customers immediately after the registration (for example, the awarded bonus point in Eligible Draw is 20,000 bonus points. If the “Double Up Rewards” is entitled, the total bonus points awarded will be increased to 40,000 bonus points). A total of 500 Eligible Draws will be entitled to the “Double Up Rewards” in each Designated Phase. The extra bonus points awarded in “Double Up Rewards” will be credited to the Customers’ principal card accounts together with the bonus point awarded in Eligible Draw.
10. Customers must keep all original sales slips of the registered Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request Customers to provide the relevant original sales slip for verification purpose.
11. During Promotion Period and up to the day when the bonus points are rewarded, all Customers' Card accounts at the Bank must be valid and in normal status (including no overdue payment) in order to be entitled to the relevant bonus points.
12. In the event that any registered Eligible Transaction(s) is/are cancelled or reversed after Customers have received awarded bonus points of the Program, the Bank will debit the concerned bonus points against his/her Card account immediately without prior notice.
13. Any transaction that is found fraudulent will result in forfeiture of Customers’ eligibility to receive the awarded bonus points as well as cancellation of the Card. The Bank reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.
14. The Bank reserves the rights to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
15. In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
