Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period of "Sure Win Spending Rewards" (the "Program") commences from 1 March 2010 to 28 February 2011, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Program is only applicable to Fubon Credit Card(s) (except Corporate Cards, Debit Cards and any Reward Cards) (the "Card(s)") issued by Fubon Bank (the "Bank") and is only available to cardholders of the Cards (the "Customers").
3. The Program is only applicable to each retail transaction of HK$500 or above and is applicable to local or overseas retail transactions made by the Cards during Promotion Period (the "Eligible Transactions"). Other transactions including, without limitation, cash advance, tax payment, online bill payment and online purchase, balance transfer, installment, handling fee, finance charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus transactions, chips transaction or transactions without sales slips are not eligible. Un-posted, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be counted as Eligible Transactions. All transactions will be based on the issue date of the approval code to determine its respective transaction date.
4. Promotion Period is divided into 12 phases. To entitle for one chance of participating in the Program, Customers must call our 24-hour "Sure Win Spending Rewards" Hotline 8226 2663 to register within the designated Registration Period as stated in Terms & Conditions Clause 5. The number of draw chances of each Card is limited to a maximum of 6 draws in each phase (i.e. a maximum of 72 draws during Promotion Period).

6. If more than one Registration is entered for the same transaction, or more than one Eligible Transaction is made at the same merchant on the same day, only the first Registration will be treated as eligible; while the subsequent entries of such transactions will be void but will be counted towards the draw quota of the Cards. Any Registration by entering incorrect information will be treated as an ineligible draw but will be counted towards the draw quota of the Cards.
7. The eligibility of the draw results shall be subject to the verification and final confirmation of the Bank. If the Registration is confirmed by the Bank as eligible (the "Eligible Draw"), the relevant bonus points will be awarded to the Customers in the 2nd month after the end of each phase. The relevant bonus points will be credited to the Customers’ principal card accounts automatically. Customers will not be informed for any ineligible Registration and/or draw result.
8. Customers must keep all original sales slips of the registered Eligible Transactions. In case of dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request Customers to provide such original sales slip for verification purpose at any time.
9. During Promotion Period and up to the date when the bonus points are rewarded, all Customers' Card accounts at the Bank must be valid and in normal status (with no overdue payment) in order to be entitled to the relevant bonus points.
10. In the event that any registered Eligible Transaction(s) is/are cancelled or reversed after Customers have received any bonus points of the Program, the Bank will debit the awarded bonus points against his/her Card account immediately without prior notice.
11. Any transaction that is found fraudulent will result in forfeiture of a Customer’s eligibility to receive the bonus points reward as well as cancellation of the Card. The Bank reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.
12. The Bank reserves the rights to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank is final and conclusive.
13. In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
