| 105% Refundable Accident Protection Plan |
|
| This Plan protects you and your family against any
financial loss that may arise due to an unexpected accident. It also
offers a guaranteed refund of 105% of total premiums paid after 10
years, provided no Accidental Total and Permanent Disability Benefit
or Life Benefit has been paid. |

Accidental Total and
Permanent Disability Benefit
In the event of total and permanent disability due to an accident,
a lump-sum cash benefit will be payable, according to your selected
benefit level, in addition to the 100% refund of all premiums paid.
This benefit will be payable on top of any other insurance plans you
have, and you may spend it in any way you wish. |

Accidental Medical Expenses
Benefit1
You will be reimbursed for the actual medical expenses incurred due
to an accident. Medical expenses include bonesetting2,
physiotherapy, surgery, x-ray, etc. |

Accidental Daily Hospital
Cash Benefit
Should you be hospitalized due to an accident, the Plan will provide
you with a cash benefit for each day of hospital confinement, up to
a maximum of 90 days per accident. Hospitalization in Mainland China
is covered up to a maximum of 7 days per accident. |

Life Benefit
100% of total premiums paid will also be refunded in the event of
the death of the Insured Person due to sickness or an accident. |

Guaranteed Refund of
105% of Premiums after 10 Years at Maturity
We guarantee to refund 105% of total premiums paid after 10 years,
provided the policy remains in force at maturity and no Accidental
Total and Permanent Disability Benefit or Life Benefit has been paid.
Should you wish to terminate the policy before policy maturity, total

should the Insured Person be hospitalized3 as a result
of sickness or an accident. This benefit is payable regardless of
the actual medical costs incurred, giving you peace of mind as well
as a flexible financial arrangement. |

During the 10-year policy term, you are entitled to a maximum 1,000
days of Daily Hospital Cash Benefit, to spend as you wish. Hospitalization
in Mainland China is covered up to a maximum of 7 days for each hospital
confinement. |

Additional Daily Hospital
Cash for Cancer Benefit5
This Plan offers an Additional Daily Hospital Cash for Cancer Benefit.
Upon the first confirmed diagnosed of a cancer by a Physician, an
additional Daily Hospital Cash Benefit of up to 30 days will be paid
for each cancer disease for any Hospital Confinement. Hospitalization
in Mainland China is covered up to a maximum of 7 days for each hospital
confinement. |

lump-sum cash payment in the event of death of Insured Person due

General Exclusions
MetLife Limited shall not be liable to pay any benefit
in respect of any Sickness or Bodily Injury or Hospital
Confinement directly or indirectly resulting from or consequent
upon or attributable to by or related to any of the following:
|
| 1. |
aviation or aerial activities including
as a pilot or aircrew member except air travel as a fare-paying
passenger in a properly licensed, fixed wing multi-engine
aircraft constructed to carry passengers and operated
by a licensed regular scheduled commercial air carrier; |
| 2. |
confinement in an establishment which
is not a Hospital; |
| 3. |
cosmetic surgery; |
| 4. |
dental care and treatment, except as necessitated
by injuries to sound and natural teeth wholly occurring
during the Policy Term; |
| 5. |
underwater swimming or diving involving
the aid of breathing apparatus, any kind of outdoor climbing
or mountaineering, pot-holing, parachuting, skydiving,
hang-gliding, gliding, para-gliding, ballooning, micro-lighting,
bungi-jumping, any activities involving explosive or explosion
(including but not limited to firework or firecracker),
outdoor winter sports such as skiing and snow boarding,
hunting on horse-back or driving or riding in any kind
of race and all forms of professional sports; |
| 6. |
driving any kind of vehicle while the
alcohol level in the Insured Person's breath, blood, or
urine is higher than the legal limit in the country or
territory where the driving takes place; |
| 7. |
infection with Human Immunodeficiency
Virus (HIV), Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS),
AIDS Related Complex (ARC) and complications resulting
therefrom or relating thereto; |
| 8. |
intentionally self-inflicted injury or
suicide or suicide attempt whilst sane or insane; |
| 9. |
Pre-existing Medical Condition unless
such Pre-existing Medical Condition requires medical treatment
or attendance by a Physician at least twelve months after
the Commencement Date of Insurance, or in the case of
reinstatement, at least twelve months after the effective
date of such reinstatement*; |
| 10. |
bodily injury of the Insured Person caused
by an Accident which occurs before the Commencement Date
of Insurance or the effective date of reinstatement of
this Policy, whichever is later; |
| 11. |
pregnancy (including child birth, miscarriage,
or abortion), and complications resulting therefrom or
relating thereto; |
| 12. |
the act of any Insured Person contrary
to the law of the country or territory in which the act
is committed; |
| 13. |
the Insured Person being in a state of
insanity or psychiatric or psychological disturbance or
any mental or nervous disease or disorder; |
| 14. |
the Insured Person being under the influence
of alcohol or drugs unless, in the case of drug consumption,
it is proved that such drug was taken in accordance with
proper medical prescription or treatment; |
| 15. |
war (whether it is declared or not), invasion,
act of foreign enemies, hostilities, strike, riot and
/ or civil commotion, civil war, rebellion, revolution,
insurrection, terrorist acts, military or usurped power; |
| 16. |
while the Insured Person is engaging in
naval, military or airforce services, or any operation
or combat duty with any armed force of any country, territory,
or international organization; |
| 17. |
congenital anomalies, infertility, sterilization; |
| 18. |
Hospital Confinement for routine physical
or any other examination where there is no objective indications
of impairment in normal health; |
| 19. |
Hospital Confinement where the Insured
Person is not under the regular care and attendance of
a Physician; and |
| 20. |
rest cure, nursing care, rehabilitation,
convalescence, hospice care, palliative care, extended
care, treatment in sanatorium, or functional disorders
of the mind. |

This exclusion is only applied to 100%
Refundable Hospital Income Protection Plan. However, for
the Additional Daily Hospital Cash for Cancer Benefit,
exclusion of Pre-existing Medical Condition refers to
any cancer disease the signs or symptoms of which have
occurred or for which the Insured Person has received
medical treatment or has been attended to by a Physician
or has been prescribed drugs prior to the Commencement
Date of Insurance or the effective date of any reinstatement,
whichever is later. |

| Remarks: |
| 1. |
Accidental Medical Expenses Benefit will
be limited to one Accident per Policy Year after the Anniversary
Date immediately following the Insured Person's attaining
the age of 65. |
| 2. |
Medical expenses incurred for bonesetting
are limited to US$20 per visit and one visit per day,
subject to a maximum of ten visits per Policy Year. |
| 3. |
For 100% Refundable Hospital Income Protection
Plan, if any hospital confinement due to the same sickness
or bodily injury (including any complications) is not
separated by 180 days, benefit payable will be treated
as one Hospital Confinement. |
| 4. |
Life benefit is limited to a refund of
total premiums paid and no additional cash benefit will
be payable for any death due to suicide within the first
13 months from the Commencement Date of Insurance. |
| 5. |
There are 30 days as waiting period for
hospitalization due to Sickness. |

The Plan is an insurance plan with a savings element. Part of the premium pays for the insurance and related costs. If you are not happy with your policy, you have a right to cancel it within the Cooling-off Period and obtain a refund of any premiums paid provided that you have not made any claim under this policy. A written notice signed by you together with the policy must be received by MetLife Limited at its Hong Kong office within the Cooling-off Period (that is, 21 days after the delivery of the policy or the issue of a Notice informing you/your representative about the availability of the policy and the expiry date of the Cooling-off Period, whichever is earlier). After the expiration of the Cooling-off Period, if you cancel the policy before the end of the term of policy as set out in the policy document, the projected total cash value payable (if any) may be less than the total premiums you have paid. |
