Overseas Customer
To enjoy a realm of privileges, you should maintain a total relationship balance of USD100,000.00 or more (i.e. your total deposits and investments) at Fubon Bank and follow the 4 steps below to submit your request, our representative will contact you within a week to follow up on the account opening process:

2. Download and complete Overseas Customers Account Opening Request Form and Account Opening Forms
3. Submit the required account opening document stated in the Checklist
4. Mail to Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd, Support Service Co-ordination Unit, 9/F Fortress Tower, King’s Road, Hong Kong Attention: Overseas Account Opening
 
Remark: Initial on every page for non-continuous page of Account Opening Forms at the bottom of the right hand corner.
 
Please note that this application mode is not applicable to Taiwanese nationals who reside in Taiwan, if you wish to open a Bank Account/Securities Account with Fubon Bank, please visit any of our branches for account opening.
