Assistant Manager/Manager, Virtual Banking of Commercial Bank Group

• Prepare business requirements for new product and service, work closely with product manager and IT to implement digital product and services specifically to our commercial customer
• Management and coordination of existing digital projects – involving both internal and external parties
• Handle existing of commercial digital product and service operations and resolve daily issues
• Liaise with new or existing partnership to increase activation and usage of commercial digital product and service
• Leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to recommend and implement best digital customer experiences of product and service

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, information system, IT, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital, banking product, preferably in the banking industry and commercial platform
• Experience in fintech projects, working with project manager, IT, compliance, etc
• Good communication skills to negotiate business terms with explore business relationship
• In-depth understanding about latest banking technologies and trends
• Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of written English and Chinese
