Supervisor – Chargeback, Chargeback & Fraud Control

  • Ensure all daily operation tasks comply with the operation guideline
  • Ensure all chargeback and representment case are handled with the timeframe
  • To ensure the inputting data are processes within the service standard
  • To handle incoming / outgoing call with cardholder and merchant
  • To manage and monitor the performance of contract staff
  • To participate in UAT and complete within the required time frame
  • Support ad hoc project for the credit card operations


  • Form 6 or above
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit card industry
  • High accuracy rate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Independent and hard-working
