General Terms and Conditions of the Investment Funds Subscription Fee Offer (the “Offer”): General Terms and Conditions of the Investment Funds Subscription Fee Offer (the “Offer”):
1.	Promotion period of the Offer commences from 1 July 2023 and ends on 31 October 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2.	The Offer is only applicable to individual customers with investment account of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank") (the “Eligible Customers”). The Offer is not applicable to corporate customers and joint account customers.
3.	The Offer is only applicable to the subscription fee. Eligible Customers are still required to pay all other related investment fund charges, including switching fees, redemption fees, management fees and other fees.
4.	Eligible Customers must successfully subscribe investment funds via “Fubon+” during the Promotion Period and fulfill the requirements as stated below in order to be entitled to the corresponding Investment Funds Subscription Fee Offer: (i) The subscribed investment funds should be currently distributed by the Bank and authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission.
5.	Minimum subscription amount for Eligible Customers who subscribe investment funds via “Fubon+” is HKD 1,000 or equivalent.
6.	The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7.	The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Offer and amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
8.	Any person who is not Fubon Bank customer cannot obtain the right to enforce or enjoy any benefits of these Promotional Terms and Conditions by means of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong.
9.	These Promotional Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.	Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

In case you file a written complaint regarding the selling process or processing of the related transaction to the Bank and the complaint is an “Eligible Dispute(s)” as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, the Bank is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with you if the Eligible Dispute cannot be resolved after the Bank has issued the final written reply. If the complaint / dispute is related to the policy term, it should be resolved directly between the fund house(s) and you.
