Regrouping of Merchant Category under our e-Bill Payment Service

With effect from 15 April 2014, merchant category under our e-Bill Payment Service will be re-grouped. To pay bills, customers are required to pre-set transaction limits of the bill payment services and apply for "One Time Password SMS Service" (except for bills of Government and Statutory Organization & Public Utilities). Note: If customer has not used "One Time Password" in e-bill payment for one year, customer is required to re-apply for it.

With effect from 31 October 2011, SMS-based One Time Password (OTP) and related notification SMS issued by our bank will be sent to your registered mobile phone number only. The OTP and related notification SMS will not be forwarded even though you have enabled "SMS Forwarding" service provided by the Telecommunication Company.
