Being a portfolio manager to drive Credit Card loan and Installment Programs to achieve business target on retail sales, account receivable and fee income growth
Develop innovative programs and channels to expand loan customer base
Familiar with credit policy and regulatory requirements
Manage and implement projects on compliance/ regulatory initiatives, digitalization
Identify potential loan customer segments and analyze their cash needs to stimulate their spending with us as a profitable segment
Execute marketing programs and coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs and initiatives
Closely work with sales team on call list assignment, call script and flow to enhance efficiency and productivity
Regular competitor analysis especially on pricing to ensure the competitiveness in the market
Manage the program revenue and costs to balance and control profitability
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
Minimum 10 years' marketing and product experience in the credit card industry, with at least 3 years’ experience as a team head
Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
Independent, self-motivator with creativity and ability to work under pressure
Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
Good communication and people management skills
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, confident in pitching and presentations
