Assistant Vice President, / Senior Manager - Credit Card Loan, Consumer Lending

• Being a portfolio manager to drive Credit Card loan and Installment Programs to achieve business target on retail sales, account receivable and fee income growth
• Develop innovative programs and channels to expand loan customer base
• Familiar with credit policy and regulatory requirements
• Manage and implement projects on compliance/ regulatory initiatives, digitalization
• Identify potential loan customer segments and analyze their cash needs to stimulate their spending with us as a profitable segment
• Execute marketing programs and coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs and initiatives
• Closely work with sales team on call list assignment, call script and flow to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Regular competitor analysis especially on pricing to ensure the competitiveness in the market
• Manage the program revenue and costs to balance and control profitability

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
• Minimum 10 years' marketing and product experience in the credit card industry, with at least 3 years’ experience as a team head
• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
• Independent, self-motivator with creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, confident in pitching and presentations
