- The “Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards” promotion (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal and supplementary cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Visa / Mastercard credit cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank” / the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Credit Cards”) who are also members of the “CCG Hearts”. This Promotion is not applicable to corporate cards, debit cards, or any reward cards. Cardholders must make full payment with an Eligible Credit Card in physical card form, or via Eligible Mobile Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay only) with a successfully bound Eligible Credit Cards (the “Eligible Mobile Payments”), at designated participating merchants (“Designated Participating Merchants”) within Nina Mall 1 or/and Nina Mall 2 (“the Mall”) during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Promotion. The Nina Mall Concierge staff will verify and stamp the Eligible Receipt(s) immediately and have the right to make copies of Eligible Receipts or electronic payment proof. Information once verified and registered shall not be amended. Nina Mall staff may request identity proof for verification. All collected personal data is solely used for this Promotion and will be destroyed within three months after the Promotion ends. Provision of the above information constitutes consent to the collection and processing of such data for redemption purposes.
- In respect of the Promotion, “Designated Participating Merchants” shall mean shops at NINA Mall that accepting credit card as payment means. For details on merchant list, please contact NINA Mall Concierge.
- In respect of the Promotion, “Eligible Spending” shall mean any retail transactions conducted at Designated Participating Merchants. Payment settled by cash, payments with a handwritten, reprinted or photocopied receipt or payment slip; purchasing or using merchant vouchers; or other non-retail transactions are not accepted. Sales receipts for the following merchants or transactions are not eligible : cross-border bus services, real estate agencies, car parks, car washing and car beauty services, medical centres / clinics / dental clinics / Chinese medicine clinics, any treatment services (excluding beauty and fitness), travel agencies (including but not limited to air tickets, coach tickets, ferry tickets, travel packages, travel-related taxes and surcharges, hotel reservations, etc.), parking cards, mobile carts, exhibition venues, temporary booths or pop-up stores (merchant list subject to changes without prior notice; please enquire at the Mall Concierge for details), office tenants, banking services, insurance premiums, currency exchange stores, top-up services (including but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, etc.), cash withdrawal, bill payments, mail orders, fax, email, telephone or online orders, table charges, prepaid phone card transactions, ticketing services (including but not limited to mall event tickets or concert tickets), barter transactions, purchase or use of gift vouchers, cash coupons, complimentary vouchers, tokens or discount coupons, mall gift vouchers or cash vouchers, “CCG Hearts” e-gift vouchers or e-cash vouchers, gift cards, membership cards, points cards, discount cards, top-up or use of merchant stored-value cards, all monthly statement payment receipts (including but not limited to telecommunications and government public utilities such as rates, taxes, etc.), EPS cash withdrawal transactions, charity donations, gold bars, gold grains, gold saving plans, transactions under dispute or chargeback, returns and/or refunds, unposted or non-eligible transactions, all transactions paid through e-wallets (except Apple Pay and Google Pay), and any top-up payment transactions through e-wallets, other transactions of stored value facilities (SVF) and/or re-loading (including but not limited to Alipay, AlipayHK, PayMe, WeChat Pay and WeChat Pay HK), Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service transactions, as well as any other transaction categories as determined by the Bank from time to time, and any specific categories or products determined by the Mall or merchants. Eligible Spending amount will be calculated based on the actual paid amount after deducting any merchant cash coupons or gift vouchers, discounts, offers, or credit card rebates recorded on the receipt. For installment payments or deposits, only the actual billed amount on the transaction date will be counted.
- The Bank, Nina Mall, and the Designated Participating Merchants have the absolute right to refuse the provision of any rewards to Cardholders. The Bank, Nina Mall, and the Designated Participating Merchants shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Cardholders arising therefrom.
- If a Cardholder requests a refund from the relevant merchant after having redeemed any reward(s), the Cardholder must present all relevant transaction receipts in person at the Concierge of the relevant shopping mall. Such refund request shall be subject to the approval of CCG Hearts and the successful reversal of the corresponding campaign quota and/or redeemed reward(s). Refund arrangements will only be processed in accordance with the merchant’s sales terms and conditions upon completion of the aforesaid procedures.
- The Bank is not the provider of Apple Pay / Google Pay and cannot guarantee its functionality. Customers must understand and accept that Apple Pay / Google Pay is provided by Apple Asia Limited / Google LLC or its affiliates (“e-Wallet Provider”), and the Bank bears no responsibility. All responsibilities related to Apple Pay / Google Pay (including but not limited to quality and stability) lie with the e-Wallet Provider. If customers cannot enjoy the Reward due to device incompatibility or system issues, neither the Bank nor the e-Wallet Provider will compensate or be held liable.
- The Bank and Nina Mall makes no representation or guarantee regarding the quality of goods/services provided by Designated Participating Merchants and accepts no liability relating thereto. Cardholders should contact the respective Designated Participating Merchants directly in case of enquiries or complaints.
- The Reward is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Reward is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Eligible Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank and Nina Mall reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Reward and to require the Cardholder to return any Rewards already issued.
- The Reward entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
- Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
- If the Bank discovers any dishonest or fraudulent behavior by a customer in relation to this Promotion, it reserves the right to cancel their eligibility. The Bank also reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value of the Reward from the customer’s account or take action to recover any unpaid amounts.
- The Bank and Nina Mall reserve the right to suspend, change, or terminate this Promotion and amend its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute regarding customer eligibility, offer details, or related matters, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
- No person other than the Eligible Cardholders, the Bank or the Mall will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- These terms and conditions are subject to current regulatory requirements.

- Any CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers obtained via other promotional activities of the Participating Malls and/or non-participating malls(including but not limited to "Paws Up Fortune Rewards", "Lunar New Year Spending Rewards", spending rewards, welcome offers, points redemption, other Participating Malls’ or other merchant promotions).
- Electronic Vouchers that have been cancelled, returned, invalidated, or withdrawn for any reason.
- Electronic Vouchers originally obtained from transactions that were subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned or disputed.
- Electronic Vouchers obtained from non-eligible spending or spending not complying with the terms and conditions of “Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards”.
- Any vouchers deemed non-eligible by the Organiser and/or Fubon Bank.
- Illustrative examples for calculation of Eligible Electronic Vouchers (For Illustration Purposes Only) The following examples are provided for illustration purposes only to demonstrate the method for calculating Eligible Electronic Vouchers. The actual calculation results shall be subject to the system records of the Organiser and/or Fubon Bank and shall be final:
Example 1 (Single Mall Calculation) If a customer successfully obtains the following " Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards - CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers” at Nina Mall during the Promotion Period: •HK$50 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 10; •HK$20 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 5, The Total Cumulative Value of Eligible Electronic Vouchers under this Promotion shall be calculated as follows: (HK$50 × 10) + (HK$20 × 5) = HK$600. |
Example 2 (Combined calculation across Participating Malls) If a customer successfully obtains the following “Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards - CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers” at two Participating Malls during the Promotion Period: At Nina Mall: •HK$50 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 8; •HK$20 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 4; At D•PARK: •HK$50 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 6; •HK$20 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 6; The Total Cumulative Value of Eligible Electronic Vouchers under this Promotion shall be calculated on a combined basis as follows: (HK$50 × 8) + (HK$20 × 4) + (HK$50 × 6) +(HK$20 × 6)= HK$900 |
Example 3 (Electronic Vouchers obtained from other promotions - not eligible for calculation) If a customer obtains the following CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers at the Participating Malls during the Promotion Period: Obtained through the " Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards" Promotion: •HK$50 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 6; •HK$20 CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 5; Obtained through other promotional activities at the Participating Malls and/or non-participating malls (including but not limited to the “"Paws Up Fortune Rewards", "Lunar New Year Spending Rewards", mall spending rewards, membership welcome offers, CCG Hearts points redemption programmes, other Participating Malls’or other promotional activities: •CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers × 10; •CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers x 10; then, for the purpose of this Promotion: Only CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers obtained through the "Fubon Bank Bonus Rewards" Promotion shall be regarded as Eligible Electronic Vouchers and counted towards the ranking; CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers obtained through other promotional activities shall not be counted towards the Total Cumulative Value of Eligible Electronic Vouchers under this Promotion. Accordingly, the Total Cumulative Value of Eligible Electronic Vouchers under this Promotion shall be calculated as follows: (HK$50 × 6) + (HK$20 × 5) = HK$400. |
- Prize(s) Terms and Conditions:
- The EVA Air round-trip single-passenger air ticket to any Asian destination (the "Air Ticket") is provided in the form of a paper redemption voucher. Upon receipt of the prize, the Winning Customer is required to personally visit the EVA Air Hong Kong office to complete the ticket redemption procedures. The Air Ticket is valid only for round-trip economy class flights departing from Hong Kong to any Asian destination and is subject to EVA Air's applicable terms and conditions, flight and seat availability, and other applicable restrictions. The Air Ticket does not include any applicable taxes, fees, levies, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or any administrative fees imposed by EVA Air Company Limited. All such costs and expenses shall be borne solely by the Winning Customer. The Organiser and Fubon Bank are not the supplier of the prize and shall not be responsible or liable for any matters relating to flight arrangements, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, overbooking, flight changes, service quality, safety, baggage arrangements, or any direct or indirect loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with the use of the prize.
- CCG Hearts Electronic Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the CCG Hearts Loyalty Program.
- All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
- Winner Notification and Redemption:
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser and Fubon Bank shall not, during the Promotion Period or prior to the end of the Promotion Period, disclose, confirm or provide to any customer any information relating to rankings, accumulated value of Eligible Electronic Vouchers, provisional results or any estimation of chances of winning. Any oral or written enquiry shall not constitute confirmation of any ranking results. The final ranking results shall be subject to the system records of the Organiser and/or Fubon Bank.
- The final list of Winning Customers will not be published on any public platform. If an Eligible Customer is determined to be a Winning Customer, the Organiser will notify the Winning Customer on or before 15 April 2026 via the contact details registered in the CCG Hearts mobile application (including but not limited to in-app push notifications, telephone calls or emails).
- Winning Customers must complete the prize redemption procedures in accordance with the instructions specified in the notification and within the prescribed period. If a Winning Customer fails to complete the relevant redemption procedures within the specified period, such customer shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The Organiser shall not be required to provide any further notice or compensation in this regard.
- The prizes are only applicable during the Promotion Period and the prize redemption period, and are available to Cardholders whose eligible credit card accounts remain valid, with no overdue payment and in good credit standing, as determined by Fubon Bank at its sole discretion. If a Cardholder's eligible credit card account status is in poor standing, Fubon Bank and the Organiser reserve the right to disqualify such Cardholder from participating in this Promotion and/or enjoying any prize, and to require the return of any prize already issued.
- If the Organiser and/or Fubon Bank discovers that a customer has engaged in any dishonest and/or fraudulent conduct in connection with this Promotion, the Organiser and Fubon Bank reserve the right to disqualify such customer from participating in the Promotion. The Organiser and Fubon Bank further reserve the right to directly deduct the prize and/or the equivalent value from the customer's CCG Hearts membership account and/or Fubon Bank account, or to take any action to recover any outstanding amounts.
- If a customer engages in any act that damages, affects or interferes with the Promotion, the Organiser and Fubon Bank shall have the right to disqualify such participant from the Promotion and reserve all rights to pursue further action.
- By participating in the Promotion, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted that the Organiser may use photographs and video recordings taken during the Promotion for record-keeping, publicity and promotional purposes.
- By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the Promotion.
- Except as required by law, under no circumstances shall the Organiser or Fubon Bank be liable for any accident, loss or personal injury. The Organiser or Fubon Bank shall also not be responsible for any damage, loss or personal injury arising from any other causes.
- The Organiser and Fubon Bank shall not be responsible or liable for issues arising from websites, mobile applications, network problems, system failures and/or any errors, omissions, delays, failures, network issues, inability to identify transactions of third-party applications.
- The Organiser and Fubon Bank reserve the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, promotion details or any matters relating to the Promotion, Fubon Bank's decision shall be final.
- Subject to applicable laws or subsidiary legislation and any measures promulgated thereunder, the Organiser and Fubon Bank reserve the absolute discretion to implement appropriate control measures at any time in response to relevant legal requirements and actual circumstances, including canceling, suspending, postponing or amending the Promotion arrangements without prior notice.
- The Organiser and Fubon Bank reserve the right to cancel, suspend, postpone the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Organiser and Fubon Bank shall not be liable or conduct compensation for any direct or indirect loss or consequences arising from such cancellation, suspension, postponement or amendment of this terms and conditions.
- Fubon Bank is not the supplier of any prizes provided under this Promotion and shall not make any representations or warranties, or assume any responsibility, in relation to the quality, supply, use, redemption, arrangement or any other matters relating to the prizes. All matters relating to the prizes (including but not limited to use, redemption, restrictions, validity period and terms) shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers.
- No person other than the Eligible Customers, the Bank or the Organiser will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- These terms and conditions are subject to current regulatory requirements.
- Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
