Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of “Sure Win Spending Rewards”:

Unless otherwise specified, the validity period of “Sure Win Spending Rewards” (the “Program”) is from 1 March 2023 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
To participate in the lucky draw, cardholder is required to make single local or overseas transaction of HK$600 or above by Fubon Credit Card (except Corporate Cards, Debit Cards and any Reward Cards) issued by the Fubon Bank (the “Bank”) during the validity period period (“Eligible Transaction”).
Other transactions including but not limited to cash advance, tax payment, online bill payment and online purchase, balance transfer, installment, handling fee, finance charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus transactions and other transactions of stored value facilities (SVF) and/or re-loading, chips transaction and transactions without sales slips are not eligible to the Program. All un-posted, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be counted as Eligible Transaction(s). All Eligible Transactions will be based on issuance date of the approval code to determine its respective transaction date. For overseas transaction (foreign currency), equivalent value in Hong Kong Dollar for the posting will be used.
The validity period is divided into 22 phases. To participate in the lucky draw, cardholder is required to perform registration via the automated voice response system of Fubon Bank Integrated Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 (press 1 > 7 > 1 after language selection) during the designated registration period as stated in Clause 5. There is a maximum of 6 registrations for each card in each phase (i.e. a maximum of 132 registrations in total during the validity period).

Each Eligible Transaction can only be registered once. If there is more than one Eligible Transaction entered into the same merchant on the same day, cardholder can only perform the registration by picking one of them. If cardholder has entered into more than one registration due to any one of the above-mentioned scenarios, all of the relevant registration entries will be counted towards the draw quota of credit card; while only the first registration will be treated as valid. Any registration with incorrect information will be treated as ineligible but will be counted towards the draw quota of credit card.
Eligibility of the Program is subject to verification and final confirmation by the Bank. If the Bank has confirmed the registration(s) is/are eligible, then the extra bonus points will be credited to the cardholder’s principal card account in the second month after the end of each phase automatically and will be shown on the cardholder's principal card monthly statement. Cardholder will not be notified of any ineligible registration.
To be entitled to the extra bonus points, all credit card accounts at the Bank under the same cardholder shall be valid and in normal status (including no overdue payment) during the validity period until the date of reward.
Cardholder shall keep all original sales slips of registered Eligible Transaction(s). In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request cardholder to provide the relevant original sales slip for verification purpose.
In case if a transaction for earning bonus points is cancelled or refunded after it is posted, the Bank will reverse the relevant bonus points from the credit card account. If the bonus points are already redeemed which cannot be reversed, the Bank reserved the rights to debit an equivalent amount in accordance to the ratio of 1 bonus point = HK$0.004 from the credit card account without prior notice. All accumulated bonus points will be forfeited immediately from the date of credit card account termination (regardless of any reason).
Any transaction that is found fraudulent will result in forfeiture of cardholder's eligibility to receive the awarded bonus points as well as cancellation of his/her credit card. The Bank reserves the right to take legal action in such instances.

The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Program or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive

Remarks: Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
