General Terms and Conditions

The promotion period is from 1 July 2025 until 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
Promotion is applicable to Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Card (“Eligible Credit Card”) principal and supplementary cardholders (“Eligible Customer(s)”).
Eligible Customer(s) must keep the original sales or transaction slips for records. In case of any dispute, Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Fubon Bank”) reserves the right to request the Eligible Customer(s) to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification.
Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as a valid transaction and will not be qualified for this promotion. Only duly posted transactions with valid sales slips/records are qualified for this promotion. In the event of cancellation of qualifying transactions, or any illegal or fraudulent act committed by a customer, Fubon Bank reserves the right to debit the relevant credit card with the amount equivalent to the value of the reward without prior notice. Fubon Bank also reserves the right to cancel the respective credit card account and/or take further actions as it deems necessary.
Fubon Bank is not the product supplier or service provider and Fubon Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services, or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.

Fubon Bank and Goldjoy Holidays reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the promotion and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Fubon Bank and Goldjoy Holidays shall be final and conclusive.
No person other than the Eligible Customer, Fubon Bank and Goldjoy Holidays will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
In the event of any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Fubon Credit Card Customer Exclusive Offer (“Credit Card Offer”)

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer(s) who make a single Eligible Transaction at Goldjoy Holidays with an Eligible Credit Card can enjoy the following cash rebate:
- HK$200 cash rebate (“Reward 1”) upon a single net Eligible Transaction of HK$10,000 to HK$19,999; OR
- HK$600 cash rebate (“Reward 2”) upon a single net Eligible Transaction of HK$20,000 or above.
Reward 1 OR Reward 2 (collectively referred as “Reward”). Each Eligible Customer (based on the number on identification proof document) is entitled to receive the Reward once only during the Promotion Period, and the maximum cash rebate amount receivable is HK$600.
Eligible Transaction(s) refers to transactions with sales slips/records Eligible Customer made in Goldjoy stores or Goldjoy official website using Eligible Credit Card (“Eligible Transaction”). All Eligible Transactions will be counted based on net spending amount in HKD, and the net spending amount shall exclude any amount deducted by discount or usage of gift voucher / cash voucher / gift card amount.
Each Eligible Customer is entitled to receive only one Reward (either Reward 1 or Reward 2). If an Eligible Customer makes multiple Eligible Transactions during the Promotion Period, only the single net Eligible Transaction with the highest spending amount will be used to determine the applicable Reward.
Any transactions made with e-wallets (including but not limited to AlipayHK, WeChat Pay and other designated payment means / e-wallets as decided by Fubon Bank) and transactions without sales slips/records are treated as ineligible transactions.
Upon verification by Fubon Bank based on its own records, the Reward awarded under Credit Card Offer will be combined (including the principal card and supplementary card) and will be credited to the principal cardholder's Eligible Credit Card account on or before 30 November 2025 and then shown on the credit card statement. Only Eligible Transactions posted within the Promotion Period will be counted for Credit Card Offer.
Fubon Bank will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardholder transaction records held by Fubon Bank. If the information provided by the cardholder differs from Fubon Bank’s records, the latter shall be final and conclusive.
Awarded Reward can neither be exchanged for cash nor refunded, and is not exchangeable for other products, transferable or saleable. Reward is only applicable to retail spending made after the relevant Reward has been awarded, and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, financial charge or outstanding balance incurred before the Reward has been awarded.
The Eligible Credit Card account(s) maintained by Eligible Customer(s) should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant Reward is credited.

Disney Adventure Cruise Line Package Offer (“Package Offer”)

During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customer(s) who purchase Disney Adventure package at Goldjoy Holidays with an Eligible Credit Card can enjoy the following discount:
- HK$400 discount for Inside Stateroom
- HK$800 discount for Veranda Stateroom
Package Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, membership benefits, gift vouchers, or cash coupons unless otherwise specified. Package Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and are non-transferable. For details, please contact Goldjoy Holidays.
Package Offer is limited in availability, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Goldjoy Holidays reserves the right to terminate the offer in case the quota is full.
Eligible Customers must clearly indicate their intent to use Package Offer at the time of booking and make full payment with an Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the offer. While transactions made with e-wallets (including but not limited to AlipayHK, WeChat Pay、PayMe and other designated payment means / e-wallets as decided by Goldjoy ) or e-payment methods (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay、Samsung Pay and other designated payment means / e-payment as decided by Goldjoy ) are not eligible to enjoy Package Offer.
Once confirmed, tour bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. Any changes or cancellations to flight tickets, cruise tickets, or Disney Cruise Line packages will be subject to penalties determined by the relevant airline or cruise company. In addition to the fees imposed under the terms of the respective organizations, Goldjoy Holiday reserves the right to charge additional fees for changes or cancellations. Prices are based on double occupancy for adults sharing a room. Unless stated a "Joy in One" package or as otherwise specified, prices exclude tax, fuel surcharge, NCCF, insurance charge, visa fee and service charges.
