TANGO MALA Offer (“the Offer”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders and supplementary cardholders of Fubon Visa/Mastercard Credit Card issued in Hong Kong by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, such holders are “Eligible Customer(s)”).
Eligible Customer must settle the full payment with Eligible Credit Card to enjoy the following offers at Tainan Xinxing Branch and Kaohsiung Times Branch (“Participating Restaurants”) under TANGO MALA

Purchases of goods and/or services from Participating Restaurants are governed by their respective Cardholders are to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The Bank is not responsible for their goods or services. For enquiry, please contact the Participating Restaurants directly for details.
Unless expressly provided to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions, a person who is not a party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong laws.
Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

TANGO MALA Offer Terms and Conditions:

To enjoy the Offer, please inform the staff when ordering. The Offer cannot be applied at checkout. The Offer is only valid for payments made with a Fubon credit card and cannot be combined with other offers. Dine-in only, no takeout. Each table is limited to one redemption. The full amount cannot be offset with gift vouchers issued by the TAN ZUO MA LI restaurant series. Other terms and conditions are subject to Participating Restaurants onsite announcements.
Blackout dates apply. Offers are not applicable on 25 January 2025 to 16 February 2025, other non-applicable dates are subject to the Participating Restaurants announcement.
The Bank and Participating Restaurants reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Offer and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Participating Restaurants shall be final and conclusive.
