You should check your modem settings or the connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and also make sure the address to access our Fubon e-banking Service is http://www.fubonbank.com.hk (then click into "Fubon e-banking Service").

Q2. Why is there no response and got “Loading” screen after pressing the “e-banking Online Registration” or “Fubon e-banking Login” button?

Please check whether your computer has installed JRE to access to Fubon e-banking Service:

  • Check the "JavaScript" and "Cookies" are enabled
  • Check System Requirements

Make sure the login page is loaded completely and then press the "Submit" button. You can see the word "Done" at the left bottom corner of the browser if the whole page is downloaded. Also, make sure the "JavaScript" is enabled.

If you have just performed an enquiry on an account, consecutive enquiries on the same account will give you the same results.

You should go back to the Fubon e-banking Service afterwards and click on the "Internet Banking Transaction Enquiry" to check the status of your previous transaction.
