Credit Card Paper Statement Fee
To protect our environment and to achieve sustainable development, from 1 January 2023, if the Bank has issued paper statement(s) to credit card account(s) during each calculation period (every calendar month from 1st day to last day of the month), HK$5 will be charged to the credit card account(s). The fee will be debited directly from the relevant credit card account(s) within one month after the calculation period.

From 23 May 2022 until 31 December 2022, Customers who have successfully subscribed for Credit Card
e-Statement service through Fubon e-banking, HK$20 cash rebate1 will be rewarded.

All Credit Cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.

How to avoid the Paper Statement Fee to credit card account?
To avoid the paying Paper Statement Fee, principal cardholders can subscribe the e-Statement service via Fubon e-banking.

Who are eligible for a fee waiver?
  1. Aged below 18 or aged 65 and above
  2. Recipients of Comprehensive Social Security Assistance
  3. Customers who present a documentary proof of disability (e.g. document of receiving government disability allowance)


Remark : The above criteria apply to principal cardholders only.

For customer who meets criteria (2) or (3), customers can apply the paper statement fee waiver with
self-declaration via the following submission methods. The application will be effective from the 5th working day after the Bank has received the application. Customers can refer to the declaration form template here.

If there is no paper statement issued in particular month, will paper statement fee be charged?
Fee only applicable to paper statement issued in each calculation period (every calendar month from 1st day to last day of the month). If there is no paper statement issued in particular month, fee will not be charged.

If supplementary cardholder is aged 65 or above, will paper statement fee be waived?
No. The eligibilities for paper statement fee waiver are only applicable to principal cardholders.

Can I obtain a copy of paper statement after I subscribed to the e-Statement service? Is there any charge?
Yes, HK$50 will be charged for a copy of paper statement.

Terms and Conditions of Fubon Credit Card e-Statement Subscription Program

Terms and Conditions of Fubon Credit Card e-Statement Subscription Program
  1. The validity period of Fubon Credit Card e-Statement Subscription Program (the “Program”) is from 23 May 2022 to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive (“Program Period”).
  2. The program is only applicable to the principal cardholder of Fubon Credit Card (except Corporate Cards, Debit Cards and any Reward Cards) issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  3. Customers who have successfully subscribed for Credit Card e-Statement service through Fubon e-banking and maintain the subscription before the reward is credited , HK$20 cash rebate will be rewarded (“Reward”). Each customer can only enjoy HK$20 cash rebate at maximum within the Program Period.
  4. The credit card account(s) held by customers should remain valid and in good standing when the Reward is credited.
  5. The Reward entitled under this Program will be credited to the account of principal cardholder according to below schedule and displayed in credit card statement. If customers with more than one credit card accounts, the Reward will be credited to the latest approved account.

    During September to December 2022 On or before 31 March 2023
  6. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  7. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.


Terms and Conditions for Fubon GO x Credit Card Promotion Code Reward

Terms and Conditions for Fubon GO x Credit Card Promotion Code Reward
  1. The promotion period of “Fubon GO x Credit Card Promotion Code Reward” (“Promotion Code Reward”) is from 23 May 2022 to 31 December 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Promotion Code Reward is only available to individual customers who have fulfilled below requirements during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customer(s)”):
    1. has successfully submitted account opening application for Fubon HKD Statement Savings Account (“Designated Account”) through Fubon GO Mobile Application (“Fubon GO”);
    2. the submitted account opening application is approved by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) with bank account opened;
    3. the Self-service Banking has been set up successfully through Fubon GO; and
    4. have not successfully opened Fubon HKD Statement Savings Account through Fubon GO from 23 May 2021 to 22 May 2022 (both dates inclusive).
  3. The Bank’s staff, joint-named account customers, corporate account customers and individual customers who opened Fubon Bank Account through other channels are not eligible for the Promotion Code Reward.
  4. Eligible Customer who has successfully opened Fubon HKD Statement Savings Account and entered the designated promotion code “GOCREDIT” during the account opening application process in the Promotion Period can enjoy HK$100 Cash Reward (“Cash Reward”).
  5. The cash reward of Promotion Code Reward will be deposited directly to Eligible Customer’s HKD Statement Savings Account opened through Fubon GO according to below schedule. The Eligible Customer must maintain the designated account active on the date of redemption. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be provided to the Eligible Customer through any other means.

    During May to August 2022 On or before 30 November 2022
    During September 2022 to January 2023 On or before 30 April 2023
  6. Promotion Code Reward is limited and will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
  7. Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Promotion Code Reward once during the Promotion Period.
  8. Promotion Code Reward cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, with the exclusion of Welcome Reward.
  9. Once the promotion code has been entered, no change would be allowed by the Bank.
  10. Each Eligible Customer can only use one promotion code / referral code during the account opening process via Fubon GO and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code / referral code offers.
  11. Under special circumstances, the Bank will contact applicant within 3 working day upon submission of application to verify the applicant’s personal information for approving the account application. If the Bank is unable to reach the applicant for verification during the Promotion Period, the account opening application will not be eligible for this Promotion Code Reward.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the Promotion Code Reward or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.

  15. Other than the Bank and Eligible Customer, no one shall have the right to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these Terms and Conditions under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623, Laws of Hong Kong).
  16. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
