    • Select no. of cheque books required (limited to one application request per week, maximum 1 cheque book per application, week commences Sunday)
    • Click "Submit" after verifying all data input. Click "Confirm" to process transaction, or "Reset" to cancel transaction. If you need to amend entered data, please click "Amend"
    • A reference number will be displayed on screen after the transaction is completed


    Note:

    • All information must be entered in English
    • Please keep the reference number for future enquiry
    • Cheque book(s) will be sent to you by ordinary mail according to your latest correspondence address maintained with the Bank
    • If you have already applied for cheque book(s) at our ATMs on or before Saturday, please make your next request online with Fubon Internet Banking on or after Sunday
