The maximum daily transfer limit per customer via Fubon e-Banking Service is HK$1,500,000 or equivalent. The maximum transferable amount depends on your available balance and the maximum daily transfer limit. The minimum transferable amount is HK$0.01 per transaction.
Q2. What should I do if the browser session has expired?
Go to "Customer Login" webpage and then enter your User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to login again.
Q3. Can I stop the transaction after I press the “Submit” button?
No, the transaction could not be suppressed once you press the "Submit" button. Therefore, please check and confirm all your transaction details before clicking the "Submit" button.
Q4. How do I know my transaction is completed?
The confirmation page and reference number will be displayed on the screen after clicking the "Confirm" button. You can also click into "Online Transaction Enquiry" to check the transaction status.
Q5. What should I do if I encounter problems when using Fubon e-banking Service or the transaction is rejected?
Please call our Customer Service Hotline at 2566 8181 for assistance during office hours and quote the reject code no. This will enable us to identify the problem quickly and give you the necessary assistance.
Q6. How should I sign off from the Fubon e-banking Service session?
Click on the "Sign Off" button to end the Fubon e-banking Service. It is important to properly sign off after you finish all your transactions and close the browser in order to avoid others to steal/capture your personal account information.
