Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

• Assist in formulating marketing strategies and programmes to enhance Fubon brand awareness and increase market exposure
• Plan and organize media activities, and develop media materials such as key talking points, press release, message house, to promote the Bank’s products and corporate initiatives
• Work closely with business units on MarTech, advertising and promotion budget and planning
• Responsible for copywriting, editing and production of marketing and communication materials
• Explore and pitch for award opportunities, identify channels or events for senior management and businesses to participate
• Work independently to conduct market research to gather data, perform analysis and make recommendations on branding and marketing strategy
• Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications, preferably with experience in digital marketing, performance marketing/affiliate marketing, social media and event planning. Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
• Proven working experience in banking industry or PR/advertising agencies is preferable
• Good understanding of general banking procedures and regulatory requirements would be an advantage
• Strong business sense and communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to build strong relationships with media, vendors and internal clients
• PC Knowledge
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• A team player with strong project management skill
