Assist in formulating marketing strategies and programmes to enhance Fubon brand awareness and increase market exposure
Plan and organize media activities, and develop media materials such as key talking points, press release, message house, to promote the Bank’s products and corporate initiatives
Work closely with business units on MarTech, advertising and promotion budget and planning
Responsible for copywriting, editing and production of marketing and communication materials
Explore and pitch for award opportunities, identify channels or events for senior management and businesses to participate
Work independently to conduct market research to gather data, perform analysis and make recommendations on branding and marketing strategy
Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues
Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications, preferably with experience in digital marketing, performance marketing/affiliate marketing, social media and event planning. Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
Proven working experience in banking industry or PR/advertising agencies is preferable
Good understanding of general banking procedures and regulatory requirements would be an advantage
Strong business sense and communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to build strong relationships with media, vendors and internal clients
PC Knowledge
Able to work independently and under pressure
A team player with strong project management skill
