Part-time Telemarketing Executive, Telemarketing Centre

• To achieve business goals and objectives, conduct outbound telemarketing activities of Card Loan / Personal Loan products to customers
• Cross-sell other Banking products and services when needed
• Conduct outbound call make to existing base customers and referral basis
• Answer customers’ enquires in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
• Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank Policies and Procedures

• Form 5 or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
• 1 year experience preferable but not essential
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge
• English and Chinese typing
• Preferable with telemarketing experience
• Strong commitment in delivering customer service
• Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skill
