Accounts Control Executive or Control Officer /Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Senior Credit Control Officer, Retail Credit Approval & Administration

• Participate in the development, implementation, validation and enhancements of credit risk analytics tools to RBG. This would include IFRS 9 ECL models and internal credit scorecards for the purpose of risk quantification, internal risk management and regulatory compliance
• Perform outgoing call to overdue and over-limit accounts and demand for payment
• Handle collection cases referred by Call Centre
• Handle and follow up difficult / complaint cases
• Prepare daily & monthly MIS reports
• Perform UAT & participate other ad hoc projects assigned by team head

• Secondary education or above
• 4 years or above relevant experience
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• PC knowledge
• English & Chinese typing
