    Assistant Manager, Operations Support, Fubon Credit
    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service whether face-to-face or through telecommunication; follow-up on customer enquiries and complaint coming from various channels
    • Provide sales administration support, e.g. personal loans processing, data input, application QC, application and document submission, customer information maintenance, UAT etc.
    • Act as liaison between Sales Teams and related Departments to facilitate the handling and processing of personal loan applications.
    • Track on customers' application progress, handle loan drawdown and repayment.
    • Participate in other operations duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned


    Requirements:

    • Post-secondary or above
    • 2 years or above relevant experience
    • At least 1-year customer service experience in banking or financial institution
    • Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
    • Must be responsible, well-organized and attention to details
    • Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
    • Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
    • Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
    • Communication in Mandarin preferable
    • PC knowledge in Microsoft, Access preferable
    • Good English & Chinese typing
