Vice President, ESG Banking
Responsibilities:

Support Division Head to identify and develop the Renewable Eco-system based on a portfolio of new institutional relationships in Greater China within bank’s policies, guidelines and risk appetite
Conduct ESG related sector research (business-oriented) to support business planning and development
Develop, maintain, and deepen customer relationship with clients by providing professional financial solutions
Structure appropriate credit facilities, maintain quality lending, prepare credit proposals and drive cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services
Ensure all transactions are in compliance of the Bank’s guidelines and regulatory requirements
Perform ac hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years or above working experience in Corporate Banking; or in financing/treasury/investment functions of renewable energy sector players. Previous coverage of power and/or renewable energy companies will be plus
University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or renewable energy related discipline
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Fast learner and team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements in HK and mainland China
Advanced Microsoft-Office knowledge and skills
CFA, CPA, CVA is a plus
Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
