Systems Analyst – Core Banking Application

• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Core Banking application and related systems
• Collaborate with business users and vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancements
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of banking services
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within banking or financial services
• Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, etc.)
• Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction processing
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integration tools
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Experience with Open banking platforms or microservices architecture
• Knowledge of API integration and middleware technologies
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
