Analyst / Technical Lead – Credit Care
Analyst / Technical Lead – Credit Care Responsibilities:
- System Analysis & Design
- Analyze business requirements related to credit card application workflows
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Design and document system interfaces, data flows, and integration points
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with vendors, card associations and internal teams
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations
- Work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architecture diagrams and support guides
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in banking industry
- Strong understanding of credit card application lifecycle and related technologies
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, XML/JSON, and data mapping
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, Visa/Mastercard compliance) is necessary
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with platforms such as Cardlink, Asccend, Vision plus, or other card processing systems
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
