    Analyst / Technical Lead – Credit Care

    Analyst / Technical Lead – Credit Care
    Responsibilities:

    • System Analysis & Design
    • Analyze business requirements related to credit card application workflows
    • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
    • Design and document system interfaces, data flows, and integration points
    • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    • Collaborate with vendors, card associations and internal teams
    • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations
    • Work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals
    • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including architecture diagrams and support guides


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in banking industry
    • Strong understanding of credit card application lifecycle and related technologies
    • Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration platforms
    • Familiarity with SQL, XML/JSON, and data mapping
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, Visa/Mastercard compliance) is necessary


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with platforms such as Cardlink, Asccend, Vision plus, or other card processing systems
    • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
    • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
    • Basic understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
