IT Security Officer, IT Security, Information Technology Group

• Assist with day-to-day support and basic maintenance of security infrastructure and access control systems
• Participate in routine checks of systems and networks to help identify potential vulnerabilities
• Monitor security alerts and escalate issues to senior team members for further investigation
• Help collect and organize cyber threat intelligence from internal and external sources
• Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) in responding to flagged incidents under supervision
• Assist in managing digital certificates and security keys with guidance from senior staff
• Contribute to post-incident reviews by documenting findings and supporting root cause analysis

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT security operations (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to follow instructions with attention to detail
• Possession of certifications under the Enhanced Competency Framework for Banking Practitioners (e.g., CSX, CISA, CISSP) is a plus
• Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to security tools such as SIEM, EDR, or Web Application Firewalls is advantageous
