Technology Excellence Technical Lead / Engineer, Information Technology Group
Responsibilities:

1. Agile Project Leadership
   
   • Act as Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery using Jira/Confluence
   • Lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery

2. Intelligent Technology Development
   
   • Design and implement scalable systems such as automation, predictive analytics, and cloud pipelines using open-source tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Dify, n8n)
   • Ensure system security, compliance, and governance across the development lifecycle

3. Vendor & Procurement Leadership
   
   • Lead vendor selection and procurement: develop business cases, conduct ROI analysis, and manage RFP processes
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

4. BAU Support & Compliance Management
   
   • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
   • PEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

5. Innovation & Continuous Learning
   
   • Research emerging technology trends (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI); pilot new tools and frameworks
   • Promote a culture of learning through workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing

6. Project Strategy Presentation
   
   • Present project strategies, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior stakeholders and business partners
   • Translate technical insights into strategic narratives that support business transformation goals

7. Cross-Functional Execution
   
   • PTake on responsibilities across Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, and QA
   • Lead full-cycle delivery from ideation to production

Requirements:

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in intelligent systems or AI-related technologies (for Engineer role).
• 10+ years of experience in technical development, system architecture, and troubleshooting (for Technical Lead role)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and scalable infrastructure design
• Knowledge of open-source automation tools (e.g., Dify, n8n, Airflow) is advantageous

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Agile (CSM/PSM), cloud, or AI/ML certifications preferred

Language:

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Mandarin is a plus
