System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer, Treasury Investment System, Information Technology
Responsibilities:

Collect and understand Business requirements, convert them into functional/technical design specification, and advise solution to fit the requirements
Conduct analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation according to SDLC guidelines
Prepare system related documentation
Provide production support and ensure timely recovery on system issues
Liaise with Business users, vendors, and other stakeholders on issues and concerns related to project development
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones defined in the project
Ensure all programs delivered in compliance of auditors, Compliance and/or regulatory authorities, and Treasury Business

Requirements:

Degree holder of Information Technology or related discipline
Over 5 years relevant experience in banking/ finance sector will be considered as Systems Analyst (less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
Comprehensive knowledge and skill of programming in Java, Websphere, Visual Basic, C#, C++, ASP.NET, Unix Scripts, Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal report
Knowledge in support Treasury System (e.g. Summit, Calypso or Murex is definite advantage)
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Effective interpersonal skills, self-motivated, committed team player and can work independently under pressure
In-depth knowledge and sound practices on project management and SLD standards and applies them consistently and persistently
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
