Q2. What browser settings do I need in order to use the Fubon e-banking Service?

You must enable the "JavaScript", "Cookies" and SSL in your browser. Enable "JavaScript" for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
Select "Security" tab
Click on “Custom Level”
Under "Active scripting" and "Script of Java applets", click "Enable" check box to enable "Java applets" and "JavaScript"
Click on "Medium"
Click on "OK"

Enable "Cookies" for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

Select "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu
Click on the "Security" tab
Click on "Custom Level"
Choose "Enable" under Cookies
Click on "OK"

Enable SSL for Internet Explorer 8 or higher users:

Select "Internet Options" under "Tools" menu
Click on the "Advanced" tab
Choose "Security" and enable TLS1.0

Q4. What is the configuration of the browser if I have problems to view Chinese in the Fubon e-banking Service?

No encoding configuration is required for English application; and also Chinese application if you are using Chinese operating system and Chinese browser. For entering information, only English is available. You may try the following procedures if you have problems to view the screens in Chinese in the Fubon e-banking Service:

For Chinese application (Internet Explorer 8 or higher):

Select "Encoding" from the "View" menu
Select "Chinese Traditional (Big5)" etc
