    Mondays to Fridays: 9:30am–5:00pm
    Saturdays: 9:30am–12:30pm

*According to their own needs, customers can choose to adjust maximum daily aggregate transaction amount (cannot exceed maximum amount). All amendment requests can be submitted via login to internet banking service, mobile banking service and branch channel. After customers reduce the transaction limit, they must submit amendment requests via branch channel if they would like to increase the limit.
*Internet banking service and mobile banking service temporary provide for ATM card to reduce transaction limit only.
*PPS Maximum Daily Aggregate Transaction Amount base on per account.
*Customers will receive SMS notifications for every debit transaction over designated amount.

Fubon ATM Card Security Tips:
  • In case your ATM card/PIN is lost or stolen, please call our designated 24-hour Lost Card Hotline (852) 2512 1131 immediately, log into Internet Banking Service > Customer Service > Report Lost Card , log into Mobile Banking Service > ATM card > Report Lost Card or advise any of our branches to suspend the card usage. To ensure immediate handling and maximum protection, please do not report your card loss by fax or email.
  • In case you cannot find your ATM card at the moment, via Internet Banking Service > Temporary ATM Card Suspension, log into Internet Banking Service > Customer Service > Temporary ATM Card Suspension or log into Mobile Banking Service > ATM card > Temporary ATM Card Suspension. If you want to reactivate your ATM card after temporary suspension, log into Internet Banking Service > Customer Service > ATM Card Reactivation or log into Mobile Banking Service > ATM card > ATM Card Reactivation.
  • Keep your ATM card safe and check periodically to ensure it is always in your possession. You should take precautionary measures to protect your card and your PIN at all times to prevent fraud.
  • Mobile phones are possible causes of card magnetic strip malfunction. Avoid placing mobile phone together with your card.
  • Do not disclose the PIN to any other person, including anyone who claims to represent the Bank, to be the Bank's employee, other authorized person or the police. The Bank will never ask for any sensitive personal information (including your PIN) by any means such as email, SMS, phone, etc.
  • Do not write your PIN on your ATM card or keep your PIN together with your ATM card.
  • Do not write down or record the PIN without disguising it.
  • Set a PIN that is difficult to guess and different from the ones for other services. Do not select your telephone no., ID card no., your date of birth, any easily accessible personal information, any popular number sequence (e.g. 123456), same digit consecutively or same sequence of numbers more than twice (e.g. 223388, 282828) as your PIN.
  • Destroy the original printed copy of the PIN.
  • Regularly update your PIN via ATM.
  • Always cover the keypad with your hand while you enter your PIN and check whether anyone is trying to peek at your PIN.
  • If you enter an incorrect PIN five times consecutively, your ATM Card will be captured by the ATM.
  • Remember to collect your card and cash after cash withdrawal transaction, and count the cash immediately.
  • Do not take away any cash at the cash dispenser or ATM card at the card insertion slot left behind by someone else. Let the cash or ATM card return to the ATM automatically.
  • Be cautious and report to the Bank about anything unusual if you observe any suspicious devices is installed near the card insertion slot, keypad and keypad cover (e.g. Pin Hole Camera).
  • Refer to the ATM card back for which international network the card can be used on.
  • Withdraw cash via ATMs other than Fubon and JETCO (local) network is subject to the handling fee as well as the terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant bank and network service provider.
  • Activate the overseas ATM transaction function in advance and set a prudent overseas ATM cash withdrawal limit and an activation period through Fubon ATMs, Fubon e-banking Service, Fubon PhoneBanking Services or JETCO ATMs if you intend to withdraw cash through ATMs outside Hong Kong. In order to ensure the effectiveness of security measure, please set the activation period in accordance with your personal needs and review regularly.
  • According to their own needs, customers can choose to adjust maximum daily aggregate transaction amount (Cash Withdrawal / Transfer / EPS / JET Payment / PPS) but cannot exceed maximum amount.
  • Update your mobile phone number filed with the Bank (if there is any change). An SMS Alert will be sent to your mobile phone number automatically without charges when an ATM overseas transaction setting, overseas ATM withdrawal, EPS or PPS transaction exceeds a pre-determined threshold amount set by the Bank.
  • Check the transaction records provided by the Bank in a timely manner. Inform the Bank immediately in case of any suspicious transactions or situations.
  • Please refer to this Fubon ATM Card Security Tips from time to time in order to obtain updated security advice.
  • The Customer shall be responsible for all Transactions effected by any person using the Customer’s ATM Card. The Customer should exercise every reasonable care to prevent the ATM Card and the PIN being lost or stolen and shall notify the Bank immediately if the Customer finds that the PIN has been lost or if it comes to the knowledge of the Customer or the Customer suspects that the PIN has been made known to any other person. The Customer will be responsible for all transactions effected by the use of the Customer’s ATM Card before the Bank receives the report. The Customer shall remain liable for the transactions after reporting loss to the Bank if the Customer has acted fraudulently or with gross negligence in using or safeguarding his ATM Card or PIN.
