Cash Advance Reward Program Fubon Credit Cards now offer a new cash advance service through the “Fubon+ HK” mobile app – no application needed! Withdraw cash anytime, anywhere, with ease and speed.

From now until 31 March 2026, Fubon credit cardholders can enjoy zero interest* and cash rebates of up to HK$300 when withdrawing cash through the “Fubon+ HK” mobile banking app or at ATMs.

The entire promotion period is divided into two phases –
Phase 1: 10 February 2026 to 28 February 2026
Phase 2: 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026

Remarks:
  1. The accumulated amount for each phase is determined by the transaction date of the cash withdrawal as recorded by the Bank and allocated to the relevant phase period.
  2. Any accumulated cash advance amount and corresponding rewards are calculated independently for each phase and cannot be carried over or combined across phases. Please refer to the table below for illustrative examples.
  3. Each Eligible Account can receive a maximum Reward of HK$150 per phase, and up to HK$300 for the entire Promotion Period.

General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card Cash Advance Reward Program (“Promotion”)

  1. The promotion period is from 10 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will be divided into two phases: 10 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 as “Phase 1”; and 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026 as “Phase 2”.
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Fubon Visa / Mastercard Credit Cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”, and the cardholders, “Eligible Customers”).
  3. Eligible Customers who conduct Eligible Transactions (as defined in Clause 4) during the Promotion Period and accumulate the designated cash advance amounts during the respective phases below will be entitled to the corresponding cash rebate (“Reward”):
    • The accumulated amount for each phase is determined by the transaction date of the cash withdrawal as recorded by the Bank and allocated to the relevant phase period.
    • Any accumulated cash advance amount and corresponding rewards are calculated independently for each phase and cannot be carried over or combined across phases. Please refer to the table below for illustrative examples.

  4. “Eligible Transactions” refer to successful Hong Kong dollar cash advances made with an Eligible Credit Card via the Fubon Mobile Banking App “Fubon+ HK” or ATM during the Promotion Period, and successfully posted to the Eligible Card account on or before 15 April 2026. Transactions that are not posted, cancelled or refunded will not be counted as valid Eligible Transactions.
  5. Each principal card account and related supplementary card account(s) will be treated as one eligible account (“Eligible Account”) when calculating Eligible Transactions and Reward.
  6. Interest will be charged on the amount of cash advance from the date of transaction on a daily basis until full repayment. Handling Fee is 3% of transaction amount or HK$55 (whichever is higher). The cash advance amount, along with any applicable handling fees and interest, will be deducted from the Eligible Credit Card account.
  7. For details regarding credit card cash advance charges and finance charges, please refer to the " Fubon Credit Card List of Service Charges” and/or the “Fubon Bank VISA / MasterCard Cardholder Agreement”. The Bank reserves the right to revise any fees, and charges, and from time to time.
  8. The Annualised Percentage Rates (APR) is a reference rate expressed as an annualised rate that includes the product’s basic interest rate as well as other fees and charges. The above APR is calculated in accordance with the relevant guidelines issued by the Hong Kong Association of Banks and is rounded up to the nearest 2 decimal places. Please refer to the credit card statement for your personalised interest rate.
  9. All Eligible Transactions are subject to the Bank’s records. The Bank reserves the right of final decision as to whether each relevant transaction is or is not eligible.
  10. The Eligible Account’s entitlement to the relevant Reward is subject to verification and final decision made by the Bank. Once it is confirmed and verified by the Bank, the Reward will be credited to the Eligible Account before 31 July 2026 and will be displayed in the credit card statement. If customers do not receive the Reward before 31 August 2026, they must notify the Bank; otherwise, the Bank will not be liable or offer any compensation.
  11. Eligible Customers must keep the relevant transaction record. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the Eligible Customers to provide the relevant transaction proof for verification.
  12. The credit card account(s) maintained by the Eligible Customers should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant Reward is credited.
  13. The Rewards awarded may only be used for future retail spending and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash/other products/offers, nor cashed out.
  14. In case of any fraud or abuse of the Eligible Transaction, the Bank reserves the right to debit the Reward from the account without prior notice and to pursue appropriate action to recover any outstanding amounts. If the Eligible Transaction is cancelled or refunded after the Eligible Customer has received the Reward, the Bank has the right to deduct the deposited Reward amount from the Eligible Customer’s credit card account without prior notice.
  15. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the Promotion and to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Fubon Bank shall be final and conclusive.
  16. No persons other than the Bank and customers will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  17. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  18. Should there be any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
