General Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Offers:

1. The promotion period is from 5 February 2024 to 31 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, customer can enjoy the special price of New Taiwan Dollar $1 (Original price NTD $300) for Taiwan Mobile 4G 5-Day Prepaid Card at Taiwan Mobile Directly Operated service counter in Taoyuan Airport by using Hong Kong Fubon Credit Cards (the “Promotion”).
3. The Promotion is only applicable to Fubon Credit Cards issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”).
4. To enjoy the Promotion, customers must settle payment with Eligible Credit Card.
5. Each Eligible Credit Card is entitled to the Promotion once only during the Promotion Period.
6. Quotas are applied to the Promotion, with a total of 1,000 pcs of Taiwan Mobile 4G 5-Day Prepaid Card during the Promotion Period. Promotion quotas will be served on a first-use-first-serve basis, while stock lasts. It will be announced on the Bank’s website as soon as practicable in case the Promotion quotas are full.
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions .
9. The Bank is not the product supplier or service provider of the Promotion and the promotional details and the relevant photos are provided by the relevant product supplier or service provider, and the Bank shall not assume any liability whatsoever resulting from or in connection with, whether directly or indirectly, such products, services or benefits. Any claim, complaint, or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, the said products, services or benefits shall be resolved between Cardholders and the relevant product supplier or service provider.
10. The Bank and the relevant merchant reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel the Promotion and amend the relevant Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant merchant shall be final and conclusive.
11. In the event of any conflict between English and Chinese translation of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
