Manage the team to process dispute transactions within the time frame required by VISA, MasterCard and UPI chargeback compliance guidelines
Ensure daily operations of Chargeback Team are in compliance with all internal policy and guidelines
Liaise with local and overseas credit card member banks for charge back and pre-arbitration operations
Obtain and review supporting information / documents from merchants / cardholders to sustain the chargeback
Prepare regular reports on chargeback / dispute cases
Review and update the SOP regularly
Monitor and support ad hoc project for the credit card operations
Requirements:
University graduate or above
Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of Chargeback and Credit Card Operations
Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements especially for Chargeback requirements in VISA and MasterCard
Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, people management and presentation skills
Proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English
Competent in MS Office application and Chinese input
