    Manager / Senior Manager / AVP – Chargeback, Retail Credit Approval & Administration
    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the team to process dispute transactions within the time frame required by VISA, MasterCard and UPI chargeback compliance guidelines
    • Ensure daily operations of Chargeback Team are in compliance with all internal policy and guidelines
    • Liaise with local and overseas credit card member banks for charge back and pre-arbitration operations
    • Obtain and review supporting information / documents from merchants / cardholders to sustain the chargeback
    • Prepare regular reports on chargeback / dispute cases
    • Review and update the SOP regularly
    • Monitor and support ad hoc project for the credit card operations


    Requirements:

    • University graduate or above
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of Chargeback and Credit Card Operations
    • Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements especially for Chargeback requirements in VISA and MasterCard
    • Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, people management and presentation skills
    • Proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English
    • Competent in MS Office application and Chinese input
    • Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
