Banking Graduate Trainee Programme 2022 (BGTP) (Application starts on 3 May 2022)

Banking Graduate Trainee Programme has been launched with aims to nurture young talent to expand the talent pool and to support the sustainable development of the banking industry. Under the Program, Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited has offered job opportunities in the areas of fintech, green and sustainable finance, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) for an entry-level full time permanent employment.

Details of the Program

Eligible entry-level job positions in the following business or function streams:

Fintech:
Graduate Trainee in Information Technology Division

Green and Sustainable Finance:
Graduate Trainee in Institutional Banking Group, Commercial Bank Group and Group Risk Management

Business Development for the Greater Bay Area:
Graduate Trainee in Retail Banking Group and Financial Management & Legal Services

Eligible candidates:
The programme will be open for application from Hong Kong residents graduating with a bachelor’s degree or above from local universities and those outside Hong Kong in 2021 or 2022.

Commencement of employment: 1 September 2022

Professional Training:
In-house training will be provided by the Bank. In addition, relevant professional qualifications in the respective business / function streams (e.g. Enhanced Competency Framework – Fintech (ECF-Fintech) for Graduate Trainees in Fintech stream) will be arranged.
