    Vice President, Relationship & Resourcing, Human Resources Management
    Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with designated divisions/departments to identify their staffing needs and recruit the right caliber of candidates via appropriate recruitment channels
    • Perform recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making offer to qualified candidates
    • Participate in talent acquisition activities and projects as required
    • Design and develop cost effective recruitment programs by utilizing appropriate channels within budgets
    • Develop and deliver regular and/or ad-hoc HR reports and presentations to HR and business stakeholders as required
    • Prepare the application file of registration of HKMA- RI, IA - TR and/or MPFI by providing relevant documents to Compliance & AML for assessment and ensure it is adhered to the Bank's policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and handle applications for working visa for overseas employees
    • Assist to review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Ensure relevant HR activities are in compliance with local legislations and the Bank's policies


    Requirements:

    • University graduate or above
    • 5 years or above relevant experience
    • Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
    • Good communication and people management skills
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
    • PC knowledge
    • Familiar with HR related ordinances and regulatory requirements
    • A team player
