Supervisor, Bills, General Banking Operations

• Import and Export document examination
• Checking of daily Bills operation including Letter of Credit issuance
• Processing of Import / Export Bills transactions including data input in systems.
• Communicate with customers for transaction clarification/confirmation when necessary
• Filing and mailing
• Take up ad hoc assignments when necessary

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Possess 3 years experience in Trade Finance operation
• Strong product knowledge in Trade Finance and familiar with ICC Publications
• Strong client servicing skills and good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SWIFT system and PC operations
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• With English & Chinese typing skills
