Notification of Change of Procedures of Viewing Electronic Statement Service (e-Statement) & Amendment of Fubon Bank “Terms and Conditions for e-Statement and e-Advice”

Notification of Change of Procedures of Viewing Electronic Statement Service (e-Statement) & Amendment of Fubon Bank “Terms and Conditions for e-Statement and e-Advice” Thank you for using Fubon Bank e-Statement service (the “Service”).

Effective from 13 Nov 2017 (“Effective Date”), customer can view e-Statement without using “One Time Password”. The new policy is to enhance the convenience of our e-banking service.

Please note that effective from 13 Nov 2017 (“Effective Date”), the “Terms and Conditions for e-Statement and e-Advice” of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) will be revised as follows:


The above amendment shall be binding on Customer if Customer continues to use the Service on or after the Effective Date. If Customer does not accept the above amendment, please refer to the applicable terms and conditions and notify the Bank to terminate the Service based on the Customer’s right of termination pursuant to the “Terms and Conditions for e-Statement and e-Advice” before the Effective Date. The Bank may however not be able to continue providing services to the Customer if the Customer does not accept the above amendment.
