Q1. What functions are included in “FB Invest+” Securities Trading Mobile App?: “FB Invest+” is a securities trading mobile app specially designed for customers of Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. Customers can perform stock trading via mobile at anytime and anywhere, grasp real-time market information and view transaction status/records.

“FB Invest+” functions including:
Hong Kong stocks trading services, newly added trigger order and 14 days good-till-day order
View transaction status and transaction history records
View stock portfolio
Comprehensive real-time market information
Real-time snapshot and streaming stock quotation
IPO subscription
View account balance

Q2. How can I download “FB Invest+” Securities Trading Mobile App?: Please go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for "FB Invest+” or「富邦投資+」for free download. Do not download any unknown applications from an unknown source.

Q3. What is “One Time Password (OTP)”?: When you login to FB Invest+, you are required a mobile phone number in order to receive the OTP SMS. Please check whether your mobile phone‘s internet connection is well-connected and SMS forwarding service is disabled. If you cannot receive the OTP SMS, please login again. Our SMS will only be sent to mobile number registered in our bank. Even if you have registered for SMS forwarding service, the SMS will not be sent to another mobile phone number.

Q4. How long will the “One Time Password (OTP)” be valid?: Customers need to input the “One Time Password (OTP)” within 90 seconds after login to FB Invest+.
