Customer Services Officer, Digital Business Solution, Commercial Banking Group Responsibilities:
- To provide quality customer service to clients in a professional manner.
- To comply with company standards procedure.
- To handle and respond customer inquiries by correspond phone call/E-Mail and Apps.
- To assist in daily operations enquires from frontline and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- To coordinate with internal departments to achieve project goals.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- HKCEE/DSE or above, with at least 1-year experience in banking, sales and customer service preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent customer service skill with business enquires and complaints handling experience.
- Detail minded, self-imitative and able to work independently.
- Eager to learn with positive attitude and with strong sense of ownership.
