Customer Services Officer, Digital Business Solution, Commercial Banking Group
Responsibilities:

  • To provide quality customer service to clients in a professional manner.
  • To comply with company standards procedure.
  • To handle and respond customer inquiries by correspond phone call/E-Mail and Apps.
  • To assist in daily operations enquires from frontline and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • To coordinate with internal departments to achieve project goals.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

  • HKCEE/DSE or above, with at least 1-year experience in banking, sales and customer service preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent customer service skill with business enquires and complaints handling experience.
  • Detail minded, self-imitative and able to work independently.
  • Eager to learn with positive attitude and with strong sense of ownership.
