Administrator – Operations, Fubon Credit
Administrator – Operations, Fubon Credit Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support and administrative support to general operations of Fubon Credit and General Manager on needed basis
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, internal memorandum, documents circulation and record retention
- Liaise with internal and external parties on day to day operations
- Monitor office discipline, operating/administrative expenses on stationery and office equipment maintenance
- Petty cash management and mail collection
- Maintain confidential information in respect of Fubon Credit’s operations, financial information and staff data etc
Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 3 years experience in office administration or clerical work in banking
- PC knowledge in Microsoft WORD and Excel preferable
- Must be responsible, well-organized and attention to details
- Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of financial institution as well as regulatory requirements
- Good communication and people management skills
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese, preferably Putonghua as well
- English & Chinese typing
