Assistant Vice President/ Vice President, Syndicated Finance, Institutional Banking Group

• To assist the Team Head in business development so as to achieve preset targets and objectives
• To develop and maintain customer relationship with corporate and institutional clients, active arrangers and market participants of syndicated loan market
• To work with relationship managers to identify and execute syndicated loan transactions
• To develop bankable financing structure, prepare appropriate credit proposal and maintain quality lending portfolio
• To help cross-sell the Bank’s products, including but not limited to, loans, deposits, treasury products, etc.

• University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing and lending experience in corporate banking environment
• Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures as well as abreast of latest market development and regulatory requirements
• Strong deal execution and able to work under deadlines and pressure
• Excellent credit analysis, report writing and presentation skills
• Pleasant, outgoing and self-motivated with good connections with corporate clients and active arrangers in syndicated loan market
• Experience in syndicated / structured finance with regional exposure is an advantage
• Excellent communication and people management skills with good command of English and Putonghua
