Head of MIS System, Technical planning & Design, Information Technology

• Supervise the MIS system for the executing new projects, daily supports and operations, and ad-hoc requests
• Assist and formulate MIS related essences including policy, guideline, workflow, procedure and training for project success
• Manage projects in aspects of deliverable quality and performance, schedule and resource, communication with key stakeholders, and vendor management throughout the project life cycle
• Enforce the proper control and regulatory compliance requirements are included in all the related system enhancements / projects in accordance with internal and external rules and polices
• Control and monitoring MIS team performance and work practice according to the internal policy and guideline of the Bank
• Recommend business solutions through effective analysis and data exploitation for new product and services, and operational process automation
• Liaise with other IT teams, business unit, support unit and / or project stakeholders on issues and concerns regarding system changes, user requirements and project implementation
• Manage and support Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Budgetary and resources planning and control

• Degree holder of Information Technology or Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years work experience relevant in banking & finance experience of which 5 years in managerial level
• Good understanding and solid experience on system data, data mining and data analysis in banks
• Solid and in-depth knowledge on Banking products and related regulatory requirements
• Sound understanding on financial reporting and analysis, performance metrics, customer segmentation and profitability analysis, and internal fund transfer pricing
• Comprehensive knowledge of database for Data Warehouse
• Excellent communication skills and excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Effective interpersonal skills, hardworking, self-motivated, good team player, can work independently and under pressure
