Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

1. "Up to HK$420 Cash Rebate on AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK Spending with Fubon Credit Card" is applicable to the Principal Cardholders ("Eligible Customers") issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), and the Eligible Customers need to fulfill designated spending requirements as an Eligible Retail Transaction in Hong Kong or foreign currency ("Eligible Transaction"). All retail transactions made by supplementary card will also be counted as Eligible Transaction.
2. Eligible Customers must keep the original sales or transaction slips as record. In case of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right to request the selected customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification.
3. The credit card account(s) maintained by Eligible Customers should remain valid and in good standing when the relevant reward is credited.
4. The reward cannot be exchanged to other gifts or cash out.
5. The Bank has the right to reverse the reward without prior notice if the Eligible Transactions have been refunded or cancelled.
6. In case of any fraud or abuse of the Eligible Transactions, the Bank reserves the right to debit the reward from account and to pursue legal action.
7. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, revise or terminate the promotion at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of Fubon Bank shall be final and conclusive.
8. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

The Terms and Conditions of “Up to HK$420 Cash Rebate on AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK Spending with Fubon Credit Card”:

1. The Promotion on Reward 1 is not applicable to registration and Reward 2 is only applicable to the first 2,000 Eligible Customers who have successfully registered via IVRS during the Promotion Period. Eligible Customers are only required to register once during the Promotion Period, and use the binding Principal Card to fulfill the relevant spending requirements in order to enjoy the relevant rewards. If Eligible Customers have more than one eligible Fubon Credit Card, Eligible Customers must require to use the binding Principal Card for registration on this Promotion, and the Eligible Spending Amount of the Supplementary Card under his / her name during the Promotion Period will be combined to calculate the Spending Reward. If the registration limit is full, it will be announced on the Bank's website as soon as possible.
2. The promotional period is from 6 May, 2024 to 30 June, 2024, and will be divided into 2 phases. Phase 1: from 6 May, 2024 to 31 May, 2024, eligible transaction in phase 1 has to be posted on or before 15 June, 2024; and Phase 2: from 1 June, 2024 to 30 June, 2024, eligible transaction in phase 2 has to be posted on or before 15 July, 2024.
3. Eligible Transaction including Hong Kong or foreign currency retail spending (Yata Spending will be excluded), other transactions including but not limited to tax payment, online bill payment, balance transfers, instalment, fee and charges, interests, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus automatic add value service, casino gambling tokens, transactions without sale slip, unposted / cancelled / refunded transactions will not be counted as eligible transaction. The transaction date of all Eligible transactions shall be based on the Bank’s record. For foreign currency retail transactions, equivalent value in Hong Kong Dollars for the posting will be used. Reward 1 is applicable to retail / online transactions made by the Principal Card of the Eligible Credit Card via AlipayHK or WeChat Pay HK, while mobile transfers and add-value transactions will be excluded. Reward 2 is applicable to all Eligible Credit Cards (including Principal Card and Supplementary Card) under the Eligible Customer that meet the designated Spending Requirements, and the Eligible Transactions of the Principal and Supplementary Cards will be treated as transactions under the same credit card account and the Transactions of the Supplementary Cardholder will be combined with the Principal Cardholder.
4. For Reward 1 and Reward 2 Cash Rebate, eligible customers are entitled to HK$20 (Reward 1) and a maximum of HK$200 (Reward 2) Cash Rebate for each phase, and a maximum of HK$20 (Reward 1) and HK$400 (Reward 2) Cash Rebate for the entire Promotion Period, total HK$420 Cash Rebate.
5. Eligible customers’ entitlement to the relevant reward is subject to the verification and final decision made by the Bank. Once it is confirmed, the reward will be credited to the designated credit card account before end of September 2024 and will be displayed in the credit card statement.
