Fubon Credit Card - Christmas Caring Campaign

This Christmas season, filled with love and blessings, Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) invites you to write a heartfelt message on the “Fubon Christmas Card.” Your words will be transformed into encouragement and support for children without family care and the beneficiaries facing life challenges, at “Mother’s Choice.”

Mother’s Choice is a local charity serving children without families and pregnant teenagers in Hong Kong. They work hand in hand with the community to give hope and change the life stories of vulnerable young girls and children. Their vision is to see “every child in a loving family.”

Campaign Details：

During the below designated campaign period, customers who make any purchase with a Fubon Credit Card at Nina Mall 1 & 2 and/or D·PARK and present the corresponding transaction receipt(s) at the Fubon Bank booth will receive a “Fubon Christmas Card.”¹

Customers who write their Christmas blessings on the Fubon Christmas Card and return it to the booth staff will be entitled to redeem one “Mother’s Choice” commemorative badge.²

All collected “Fubon Christmas Cards” will be consolidated and delivered by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) to Mother’s Choice before Christmas Day.

Remarks:

The “Fubon Christmas Card” is available in limited quantity, with a total of 600 pieces throughout the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
The “Mother’s Choice” commemorative badge is available in limited quantity, with a total of 500 pieces distributed throughout the promotion period on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

Fubon Credit Card “Christmas Warm Wishes Campaign” (the “Campaign”) Terms and Conditions

The “Fubon Credit Card Christmas Warm Wishes Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is organised by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Bank”).
The Campaign is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”) of Fubon Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards issued by the Bank (“Eligible Credit Cards”).
The Campaign runs from 12 December 2025 to 21 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Campaign Period”) and is conducted in two phases:
- Phase 1 – Nina Mall 1 & 2
  Date: 12 December 2025 – 21 December 2025
- Phase 2 – D·PARK
  Date: 19 December 2025 – 21 December 2025
During the Campaign Period, Eligible Cardholders must make any purchase with an Eligible Credit Card at merchants located in Nina Mall 1 & 2 and/or D·PARK Discovery Park, and present the relevant transaction receipt(s) to the Bank’s booth staff to receive one “Fubon Christmas Card”. Each Eligible Cardholder may only redeem “Fubon Christmas Card” once per day. If the Bank’s booth staff identifies any repeated redemption, the Bank reserves the right to refuse further distribution of the “Fubon Christmas Card” to the relevant customer.
A total of 600 “Fubon Christmas Cards” are available during the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Eligible Cardholders who write their blessings or messages on the “Fubon Christmas Card” and return it to the Bank’s booth staff may redeem one “Mother’s Choice” commemorative badge.
A total of 500 “Mother’s Choice” commemorative badges are available during the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
The “Fubon Christmas Card” and the commemorative badge cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, resold, or transferred.
Any blessings or content written on the “Fubon Christmas Card” are voluntarily provided by the Eligible Cardholder.
Eligible Cardholders must ensure that no personal data (including but not limited to full name, telephone number, address or email) is included in the content written on the “Fubon Christmas Card”.
The Bank reserves the right to refuse any “Fubon Christmas Card” containing indecent, offensive, false, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.
The Bank may, for the purpose of the Campaign, transfer part or all of the written content on the “Fubon Christmas Card” to “Mother’s Choice”. The Bank shall not be responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of such content.

The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
No person other than the Eligible Cardholders or the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

“Mother’s Choice” is a partnering charitable organisation of the Bank. The Bank is not the service provider or agent of “Mother’s Choice” and makes no representation, warranty or undertaking (whether express or implied) regarding any services, operations, activities or content provided by such organisation. The Bank shall not be held liable for any matters relating thereto.
The Campaign is purely a community care initiative aimed at collecting blessing messages to convey support and sending festive goodwill and small Christmas gifts to beneficiaries during the holiday season. The Campaign does not constitute any fundraising activity and does not involve any solicitation of donations, financial contributions or monetary commitments in any form.
All gifts distributed in the Campaign (including the “Fubon Christmas Card” and the “Mother’s Choice” commemorative badge) are purchased and provided by the Bank free of charge. The Bank makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality, functionality, performance, repair or replacement of any gifts and will not be responsible for any loss arising therefrom. Gifts are not refundable, replaceable or redeemable for cash. Images of gifts are for reference only; the actual items shall prevail.
The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience or delay arising from venue arrangements, crowd control measures, queuing arrangements, mall operations, facility conditions, weather conditions, technical issues, or any force majeure events.
Any content written by participants on the “Fubon Christmas Card” is voluntarily provided and solely at the participants’ own responsibility. The Bank shall not be liable for the truthfulness, appropriateness, legality, accuracy or consequences arising from such content. The Bank reserves the right to refuse any “Fubon Christmas Card” containing indecent, offensive, false, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content.
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
