Terms and Conditions of “Fubon Credit Card x D‧PARK Multiple Welcome Rewards” Promotion
  1. The “Fubon Credit Card x D‧PARK Multiple Welcome Rewards” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 19 December 2025 to 28 December 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is applicable to customers who, apply for and successfully submit an application for any Fubon Credit Card issued by Fubon Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Credit Card”) at the Fubon Credit Card booth located at D‧PARK (the “Booth”) via the Fubon GO mobile application (“Fubon GO”) or the Fubon Credit Card online application webpage during the Promotion Period, enter the promotion code provided by the Booth or the Bank’s staff in the promotion code / referral code field (the “Designated Promotion Code”), upload all required application documents, and present to the Booth staff the application submission page or confirmation email containing the application reference number (the “Eligible Customer”).
  3. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to receive the following reward gifts (collectively referred as “Reward 1”) once during the Promotion Period:
    • One HKD50 CCG Hearts Electronic Voucher Redemption Voucher (the “e-Cash Coupon Redemption Voucher”);
    • One limited edition Moleskine notebook; and
    • One chance to use the capsule toy machine (the “Gacha Machine”) at the Booth.
  4. The use of the e-Cash Coupon Redemption Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions of such voucher.
  5. Gifts available from the Gacha Machine include a limited edition magnetic phone card holder or a limited edition magnetic phone stand (collectively, the “Gacha Gifts”), and shall be subject to the following conditions:
    • The Gacha Gifts are randomly drawn by the Gacha Machine. Eligible Customers shall not be entitled to choose, exchange, transfer, or redeem the gifts for cash or other forms of compensation.
    • Except for the Gacha Gifts, all other components inside the Gacha Machine shall not be removed from the Booth. Eligible Customers shall return such components to the Booth staff after collecting the gift.
    • Eligible Customers shall operate the Gacha Machine in accordance with the instructions of the Booth staff.
    • Any attempt to abuse, tamper with, interfere with, or damage the Gacha Machine may result in immediate disqualification, and the Bank reserves the right to take further action and claim compensation for any loss, damage or costs incurred.
    • By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that the Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Gacha Machine, regardless of the cause.
  6. Reward 1 must be collected in person at the Booth during the Promotion Period. No re-issuance shall be made after the Promotion Period.
  7. Reward 1 is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a total quota of 200 Eligible Customers, subject to availability of the Booth and the Gacha Machine. The Bank will not notify customers of the remaining quota.
  8. The Booth operating hours during the Promotion Period is from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. daily.
  9. All Reward 1 gifts are provided by the relevant third-party manufacturers, suppliers or distributors. The Bank make no express or implied warranty relating to the gifts including but not limited to their availability, quality, fitness for purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of any third-party rights. The Bank shall not in any way be liable for any matters arising out of or in connection with the gifts or their usage, including but not limited to any loss, damage, expenses, defect, injury or any impact, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential . The relevant manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors of the gifts shall be solely responsible for all issues relating to the gifts. Any disputes or complaints relating to the gifts shall be settled between the customers and the relevant manufacturers, suppliers or distributors directly.
  10. The validity and use of the gifts shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions and terms and conditions set by the relevant manufacturers, suppliers or distributors. The Bank shall not be responsible for any warranties or after-sales service applicable to a gift, which are extended by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor where applicable and subject to their terms and conditions.
  11. Eligible Customers can enjoy a HK$100 cash rebate (“Reward 2”) when they make 1 eligible retail transactions and/or cash advances (“Eligible Transactions”) using the principal and/or supplementary card within 30 calendar days after the issuance of the Eligible Credit Card. Other transactions including but not limited to tax payment, online bill payment, balance transfers, installment, administration fee, financial charges, annual fee, autopay transactions, Octopus AAVS reload transactions and casino and gambling transactions will not be counted as the spending requirement for this Promotional Offer. The Bank shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine if a transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction. Only Eligible Transactions posted before the transaction cut-off date will be counted in this Promotional Offer. Any transactions that have been canceled or refunded before the cash rebate is credited will not be considered as valid Eligible Transactions for this Promotional Offer.

  12. Reward 2 is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a total quota of 200 Eligible Customers. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to Reward 2 once only during the Promotion Period.
  13. Joint account holders, corporate account holders and individual customers who do not submit their Eligible Credit Card applications via Fubon GO or the Fubon Credit Card online application webpage are not eligible for this Promotion.
  14. Eligible Customer shall keep all original sales slips of transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Eligible Customer to provide the relevant original sales slip for verification purpose.
  15. Transactions made with a supplementary card will be combined with those from the principal card, and will be combined and calculated within the principal card account.
  16. The relevant cash rebate will be credited in the form of cash credit to the Eligible Credit Card on or before 30 June 2026 after Eligible Customers meet the spending requirements as verified and determined by the Bank, and will be shown on the customer’s credit card monthly statement. The rewards received are non-transferable. Eligible Customers are not allowed to choose to receive the rewards in any other form, and the Bank will not provide the rewards in any other manner.
  17. Eligible Customers must hold a valid good standing of Eligible Credit Card account at the time the cash rebate is credited in order to receive the relevant cash rebate.
  18. If any retail transaction(s) for which Reward 2 was awarded is/are later cancelled or reversed, or if the cardholder cancels the Eligible Credit Card within 14 months after from the date of card issuance, the Bank reserves the right to debit a handling fee to recover the cost of the cash rebate or welcome rewards the cardholder has received against his/her account immediately without prior notice.   19. Eligible Customers can notify the Bank within one month from 1 July 2026 if they meet the spending requirements but do not receive the cash rebate.
  20. All related dates of this Promotional are based on Hong Kong Time.
  21. For all records of services, applications, transactions in this Promotional Offer, the Bank’s record shall prevail.

  23. New Customers who accumulate eligible retail transactions and/or cash advances with their Eligible Credit Card within the first three months from the card issuance date and reach the specified spending amount will be entitled to a welcome offer (“Reward 3”), subject to the following:
    • “New Customers” refers to customers who, at the time of submitting the credit card application and during the preceding six months, have not held any credit card or co-branded card issued by the Bank, including supplementary cards;
    • The total value and spending requirements of Reward 3 shall vary depending on the type of credit card applied and shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions.   24. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  25. Other than the Bank and Eligible Customers, no one shall have the right to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of these Terms and Conditions under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623, Laws of Hong Kong).
  26. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
