Vice President, Credit Administration Department (Corporate Lending & Syndication)
Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Credit Administration Department on execution of syndication agency mandates
  • Handle and review bilateral and/or syndicated loan documentation
  • Provide support on loan agency services and operational matters related to loans processing according to operational procedures and service standards to maintain quality assurance of services provider
  • Ensure proper execution of credit documents and fulfillment of loan conditions before drawdown
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure loan documents are in compliance with the Bank's policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Support the implementation of projects and business initiatives
  • Compile reports for management review


Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years at manager level
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good PC knowledge
